We're staying at 1 resort (don't know which one yet) for 1 night and then going to the GF for the rest of our stay. we're going to WDW, the cruise, and then I go straight back to an off-site work site, so I will need to bring my work clothes too. Since we'll have a lot of luggage, I'm trying to plan on how to get the luggage from one resort to the other.

I know we can take a cab, but I was wondering if there are alternatives....

Can I have the ME take my luggage to one resort and me to another? Then I could just pack an overnight bag for the first night.

Or, can I have the bell desk move my luggage from one place to the other while we're at the park?

Bell services will move your luggage for you. It will take several hours to get it moved but it gets done.

Bell services can be extremely slow in getting luggage moved from one resort to another. We have found the taxi to be the easier, quicker option. Depending on resorts, the last one only cost us $8. Before that, about 12 - 13.
Depending on your park schedule, etc., it can be worth it.

We had luggage services move ours from Pop to AkV and they told us it will not be moved until 3pm and then we would have to call and have it brought to our room.

thanks for the responses.

It sounds like having bell services get my luggage to the GF will be easy. My husband and I were planning on taking it easy that day, so we won't be stressed about it if the luggage doesn't come until the afternoon.
