Moving out of state

For people who have relocated, what made you realize that it was the right decision? We have been toying with the idea for years and I just cant make up my mind? I think that I have finally had it with winter. I feel like a bear who hibernates form Nov til March. Thanks

We are struggling with this as well. We would really like to get out of Indiana but not quite sure where to go. We just got back from Florida so that seems like a lovely choice but not sure if that would be too hot. BIL & family just moved to NC so maybe there. I just know I'm feeling a little lonely here and I'm tired of it.

Hubby had better employments down here and well---more distance from in-laws.

I hear you, sister!!! Up here we get so much snow it drives me nuts. We got back from Florida in Feb. and I asked myself as I stepped into the crunching white stuff, why do I live here? Even after the snow melts, you have that yucky muddy grass with salt/stones everywhere. I hate it. They don't have that in Florida!!!

We get a foot of snow at a time and think nothing of it... Well, I'm really starting to think about it now!
