? Moving from one Hotel to another with Food

Hi, My Mom is moving from BWV to OKW she will have food that needs to be frozen. So question is, do they store items for you in the freezer or fridge, from one hotel to the next?

Bell Services has freezers and fridges for storing groceries at the resorts, but not during transport between resorts.

That's great thank you. Not worry about transportation. We were just hoping that the food will keep while waiting for the room to be ready.

We just had food transferred from BLT to BWV with no problem. Everything was kept cold/frozen. It is the first time we ever did this. We left it at BLT at 8 am and got the items by about 4 pm at BWV. When we checked into BWV at 1pm the room was ready but groceries were not there yet. Not sure if that is typical or not.

Thank You for the info, I'll let her know if the food isn't there just to call Bell Service and check on it. Did you call or did they just eventually bring it up to you?

Bell Services will not deliver them unless you ask. You will need to be in the room at the time of delivery. Another option is to pick up the items from the bell stand and take them yourself.

We also just did a resort switch (from Kidani to VWL). I thought the food handling was great! All of our ice cream stayed frozen and the fridge stuff was nice and cool as well. We phoned when we had packed up and bell services arrived at our room within 5 minutes. We checked into VWL around 4:00 and had our food back with us within 15 minutes or so.
