Moving from akl to poly concierge, can we use the lounge for breakfast?

Hello:

We will be moving from the akl to the poly concierge around 8.00 a.m. Can we use the breakfast feature of the lounge at the hawaii longhouse, even if we don't have our room yet?

I'm sure you will be welcome to use the lounge. It is my understanding that you have access to amenities offered at any resort from the morning of the day you check in until night of the day you check out.

When you reach the concierge desk, they will invite you to go upstairs and use the buffet area.

LAst month, we moved from Old Key West to AKL concierge at 9:00 a.m. We were able to grab breakfast without a problem; I'm sure it would be the same at the Poly. In fact, the kids ate while we were checking in which was very convenient!

Yep--we moved from GF to Poly in December and were told to go upstairs and help ourselves while our room was being readied. I hope you love your stay there as much as we did!

You can use the lounge both the day you check in and the day you check out. (And you'll love the breakfast there! Especially the coffee and juices. Yum!)

Hi: Thanks for the info, I sure love my coffee. Hubby loves going to florida and having the orange juice there.
