Moving from 1br to studio at BWV

We are staying at the BWV in Dec. The last part of the trip we are moving for two days to a studio. I have never stayed at BWV and therefore am not sure if BW will move our luggage and such for us. If we are not able to check into a studio right away on Friday morning will the bellhop move it to the room when it is ready if we are not around? Also does BW have a refrigerated area for groceries?

BWV does have a refrigerated area for groceries. Bell Services will move your luggage etc when you check out of your first room and hold it until you call for it from your new room.
