Movies You're Embarrassed You Like

There is NOTHING wrong with this one.

I'm not really embarrassed about any of the movies I like....Except for Cocktail with Tom Cruise.

My brother always told me I was weird because of my love of that movie, lol.

Forgot about Grease 2, I love it!!!

I also catch a lot of flack over my love of all Will Ferrell movies, especially Elf. I have several traditional Christmas movies and that is at the top of the list, I also always, always, always watch Edward Scissorhands every Christmas Eve.

I also love most of Tim Burton's films-doesn't hurt that Johnny Depp is in so many of them.

I will admit to being more emotionally invested in Jake and the Neverland Pirates than I should be. I think it is cause I'm a mom and I have watched it so much. :lmao:

My kids are a little bit older, so I find myself shedding a tear at the end of Disney Channel series like Good Luck Charlie and Jessie...

And my DD was questioning my sanity when I started to cry recently when Shawn proposed on Girl Meets World.

Mommy dearest. People always think I am weird Watched a million times as a teen

How could I forget grease 2. We recorded all the songs off the tv back in the early 80s. Tried to get my theater kid and friends to watch. They laughed at me!!!!

I really actually DO hate wire hangers. So when I quote that movie...I really get into it.

The Notebook. I can't stand Nicholas Sparks' formulaic plots or bad dialogue in his books. And I made the mistake of watching his latest movie, "The Choice", and could barely sit through it, it's almost like a spoof of a cheesy movie, rather than just a cheesy movie. But, I'll admit, there is just something about "The Notebook" that I love. The instrumental music. The beautiful North Carolina scenery. The melodrama. Most of all the chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, because there is nothing worse than a romantic movie where you don't believe the actors even like each other, but these two were believable.

Freaked (Randy Quaid, Mr.T, Brooke Shields, etc.)
Definitely embarrassed to like it. I blame my roommate in my 20s who introduced the movie ...it was on scifi

If you've never heard of it, do yourself a favor and Google the description. That alone is worth something.

For a preview...Mr T plays a bearded lady.

The Villain with Kirk Douglas, Anne Margret, and Arnold Schawrznegger, Arnold's name was Handsome Young Stranger, he was named after his father... Basically a road runner movie...
Dark Crystal, Mac and Me, Zapped, the original with Scott Baio and Willie Ames... Three Kevin Costner movies: The Postman, Waterworld, and Silverado... the first two were big flops... still liked them... Dazed and Confused, cause that was kinda my life.... Somebody mentioned Solar Babies I have seen 25 to 30 minutes of that movie 3 times, never start or end... would actually love to see whole movie... I am sure I could come up with 20 to 30 more if I really thought about it...
