Movies on Beach @ BCV

Does anyone know if BCV is still offering their movies on the beach? And if so, does anyone have an idea of the recent movies they've been showing?

I don't have a clue, but wanted to say "Hi!" How are things now by you! Were you without electricity? Flooded? DH got out last Tuesday, and we're glad he did. We understand the airport was closed until today.

Our next family vacation will be at BCV, but not until November...I hope you get some answers!

We were there in May and the movies appear to be the same or close to it. That blank space on Friday was called "mystery day" and intended to be a surprise.

Have fun. We won't be back until October but can't wait.

Thanks! At least we have power (after "only" 4 days) and water to drink. Lots of Harlingen still has no electricity, water that needs to be boiled, and the flooding. I wish I was on the BCV beach watching a movie now! Does anyone know what movie they've been showing on Friday night? That's my first night there. I remember seeing "Meet the Robinsons" once but I don't know if it was a Friday.

The week after July 4th they showed National Treasure, Lady & the Tramp, Enchanted (there was 1 more but I can't remember it) and Friday Mystery Night.

You can also watch movies at SSR while you swim! They do them on Mon/Wed/Fri nights. If it gets too hot on the beach, or you want a night of swimming and movies, head over to SSR!

yes- we just got back two weeks ago and BCV had a movie every night at 9pm and smores at 8pm

Friday was mystery night
Saturday was Enchanted


And some of the other movies were Finding Nemo, Monster Inc. , College Road Trip, National Treasure (don't remember which days)

Last Friday at BCV, they showed High School Musical 2 as the mystery movie.

Ooooh, smores! We were planning on stopping at Beaches and Cream for a pre-movie sundae, but hearing this makes me want to rethink.
