Promo Code Redemption / Obtaining Tickets Instructions
After obtaining your Fandango or Movietickets.com Promo Code(s), go to either Fandango.com or Movietickets.com and complete your transaction on or before 11:59 pm ET on October. See below for instructions.

Fandango.com
• Go to www.fandango.com

• Select the movie, theatre and showtime you want.

• Enter the number of tickets desired. Check the box to indicate that you have a promotional code.

• Sign into Fandango, create a new account or select Guest Checkout.

• Enter the Promo Code and click, “Apply.” Promo Code has a value of up to $14.50. Note that codes are good for one time use only.

• If applicable, enter your credit card # to pay any remaining balance due after the Promo Code is redeemed.

• Follow the instructions to “Print Your Tickets at Home” or to retrieve them at the theatre.

MovieTickets.com
• Go to www.movietickets.com. Enter your zip code; select a theatre, movie and showtime.

• Choose the number of tickets you would like.

• Check the box, “Yes, I would like to apply a promotional code or a MovieTickets.com gift card” and Select the “Continue” button.

• Enter your Promo Code. Promo Code has a value of up to $14.50. Note that codes are good for one time use only. Then select the “Apply” button.

• The credit has been applied. For any remaining balance select the “Continue” button.
(If applicable please enter any additional Promo Codes for remaining balance. Then select the “Apply” button. Please repeat process until you have entered in all Promo Codes. Then select the “Continue” button.)

• Sign into MovieTickets.com or create a new account.

• If applicable, enter your credit card # to pay any remaining balance due after the Promo Code has been applied.

• Please follow the instructions and print out your confirmation page.

• Present your confirmation page to the theatre desk and enjoy your movies.

Anyone else having issues getting the website open? I clicked the link in the email and the first few times it would timeout and the last time I got some error code.



Server Error
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I just got this after trying repeatedly..
I am not a happy camper right now....tried a different browser, same thing.
 

I just used that direct link above, and it went right thru, I used a cc and it gave me the code.
I am curious to see if I can now go back under my husbands registration....have to see if one of his cc is here tho...will update y'all.


ADDED:
I was able to get 2 more tickets at a different local theater and his cc, same cell number, with no issue.
Then my ds said he had registered and got promo, used his cc and his cell line and it says error, only two tickets per theater...so a no go?????????????
well, at least we got 4 tickets total....
 
I finally got it to go through and used Paypal but didnt get any codes on the screen and no email?

The "M" is the missing link. I did mine and hubbys. My daughter did hers. We were able to get our "2"tickets each. I got a email and 2 Fandango codes for each of us....good luck (we all have diff cell numbers and emails)

Everyone in my family signed up with their cell numbers. When I went to buy my daughters', it wouldn't let me buy more than one set PER PAYPAL account, so I had to use another one.

If this happens to you, just add/link a new email address to your existing Paypal account.

1. Log into your Paypal account
2. Under "My Account" Tab, click on "Profile"
3. Click "Add or Edit Email"
4. Click the "Add" Button then follow the directions - You can have up to 8 Emails associated with each Paypal Account.

Then you just enter the "new" email in the Sprint page and the Paypal page, but when the account opens, it's just your plain, old regular Paypal account.


Thought this might help someone.

I just clicked the link that starts with an m and I got right through....says there are still over 73k tickets available.

ETA~ I just went all the way through and bought 2 more tickets using DD"s cell number. No problems at all.
 
this is so frustrating! got all the way to entering credit card information, hit purchase, and it gave me an error message. what a horrible job of planning by sprint. if there are really 70,000 tickets left, how the heck are we supposed to get them?
 
I called the customer service number last night and spoke with a rep and explained my situation about paying with paypal and not getting a code. The rep said that was happening a lot today and she took my name and number and would have a manager call me back.

The manager did call back but I was out and my DH missed the call. I am going to try calling again. I just checked my email and I still don't have an email confirmation. :confused3

This happened to me too. I called last night, but have not received a call back yet. I also sent an email to the address listed under the phone number with all my info. I have a confirmation number from Sprint....but no Fandango codes.
 
I never got through to either of the sites. Just kept getting error messages. I wrote an email to customer service but I haven't heard anything back yet. I wish they used a site that had enough bandwith to handle this!
 
I got one set of tickets, but when I went back to try to do it again with DH's phone # that was also registered, I kept getting an error and I still get one today.
 
I paid through Paypal and wrote down the codes from the Sprint website but never received an email confirmation from Sprint.

I don't plan to use them for a few weeks but wondered if they are going to be good or do I need to have the email confirmation?
