Movie tickets as low as $4.00

I paid through Paypal and wrote down the codes from the Sprint website but never received an email confirmation from Sprint.

I don't plan to use them for a few weeks but wondered if they are going to be good or do I need to have the email confirmation?

I paid with a credit card and my e-mail conformation stated:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Do not misplace this email confirmation with your Promo Code(s) as it is your only proof of purchase."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My guess is you have nothing to worry about if you use your promo codes and everything works out ok. But if there's an error when you use your promo code, and you are unable to get your movie tickets, then you'd probably need that e-mail conformation for Sprint to address your problem. :thumbsup2

This is just my guess, I could be completely wrong! :)

Used Paypal. Never got an email. I am hoping the number on the paypal transaction is the one I need..

I just received 2 emails reminding me to use my codes by Oct 15th. Each email had one of my codes in it. Hopefully those that didn't receive the initial email will get reminder emails so they know what their codes are.

I did received the emails, but not on my husband's account....the one I payed through paypal. Still no response from Sprint since my call on the 15th. I am going to file a dispute with Paypal if I do not hear from them by Friday.

I got an e-mail yesterday from Sprint with instructions on how to redeem your codes, but when you click on the link, it takes you to a message that they are having technical difficulties and the program will be extended when the site is restored and a message will be sent out when it is.

ok, I was able to redeem my promo codes for the movie tickets, but the promo code only applied $7.25. Sprint charged me $8.00 for 2 movie tickets so why didn't the full amount go towards my tickets?? :confused3

Plus Fandango charges a convenience fee, which is $1.25 per ticket. So the total for my 2 tickets was $14.50. (Minus $7.25 for promo code). And that would leave me with a $7.25 charge.

2 tickets = $6.00 each
convenience fee = $1.25 each

total = $14.50

promo code covers = $7.25

left for me to pay = $7.25

Take the $8.00 I paid Sprint, plus the $7.50 I owe Fandango, and I will be paying $15.50 for 2 movie tickets! Where I live it cost us $16 to go see a movie, so we're only saving .50 cents (on 2 tickets) with this stupid promotion thru Sprint! :rotfl:

I backed out of the order because it asked for a credit card since I owed $7.25.

I'd like to hear what others are experiencing with their promo codes. popcorn::

I haven't done it yet, but did you go thru the link that Sprint sent to you to follow? Maybe that is why you are being charged more. I am going to wait until the link is fixed then go from there. Otherwise, It sort of defeats the purpose in the first place.

I still havent received any emails from sprint but was charged $8 on paypal

Did you use both codes? If you only used one code it would only take off the price of one ticket.

just redeemed one of the codes for DH to go see Fright Night in 3D. The one code covered the entire $12.75 ticket cost. :cool1::thumbsup2

Sorry to hear that :headache: I just used 3 of the codes for Spy Kids 3D for this Saturday. I got 2 adult tickets which were $14.00 each & a child $11.00. I had to apply 3 of my promotional codes. It took each time the full amount of each ticket. After Fandango's fee I had to pay $1.50. So it worked great for us.

Sorry it didn't work out for you. Did you enter the 2 promotional codes ? We just used it on Fandango for Spy Kids 3D & it worked fine. I purchased 2 adult & 1 child's ticket. Adults were $14 each & child's ticket was $11.00. I entered each of my 3 promotional codes separetely, one at a time & the total I paid was $1.50 due to Fandango's convenience fee.

I would definitely call Sprint. I read the e-mail, each code has a value of $14.50.

Well, 1 week and no codes and no confirmation emails from Sprint, and I filed a dispute with Paypal. I'll let you all know what happens.

Did anyone else who paid with Paypal not get their codes?

I am in the same situation! I am going to file a dispute with Paypal today...as I am tired of the runaround.

File your dispute!

I filed mine on Monday and just received the email this morning that my $$$ has been refunded. So while I am bummed that I lost out on the tickets, I am glad that I got my $$$ refunded, and very quickly!

I paid with my cc and when I got to the confirmation page there was an error...I was sort of able to make out the codes, so I wrote down what I thought it was. I hit refresh and new codes were there. I wrote down the new ones. I received an email confirming my cc transaction but no codes on it. I never received another email :(...hoping these codes work. Planning on using them Friday so we will see.
