On our previous 2 cruises my son has hated to go to the club. He will not quite be 7 1/2 on our September cruise. How difficult is it to have him moved to the Lab. His siblings will all be in the lab. He is not difficult in a group setting whatsoever and I know he would have a ball there.

Anyone with experience with us who can let me know how your request was dealt with?

Thanks,

Simply talk to the club supervisor. They want the kids to be happy and if there is room they will probably let him in on a trial basis. If it all works out, he would be in there for the entire cruise. You wont know this until you get on the ship & can actually talk to them.

Our DS was just over 7-1/2 on our cruise this March and we had no problem getting him in with the older crew. Another family we were traveling with also had no problems getting their DS the same age moved up. Both boys had older sisters in the Lab. They did it on a "trial" basis, but we never heard another word about it.

thanks for the info.........we just know he will have more fun in the older group!

looking forward to a little alone time as well,

We were able to move my DD down to the "club" to be with my DS and a friend. They said there policy was one move up or down and then only one move back if they wont. They don't want you flip flopping for the whole trip. They do give you a new bracelet when you switch.
