Was there for the reveal today--waited 5 hours but was really a wonderful time--the house is really nice and they revitalized the neighborhood by painting, new roofs, you name it they did it-David Homes & all the volunteers did a great job--can't wait to see the show!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to see the show. The producer (I think) had the NICEST things to say about Buffalo and it brings tears to my eyes. They've had more volunteers for this one than they have had to date and I can't wait for us to get some positive publicity on national tv.

Yes they worked on many houses in the neighborhood--Americorps volunteers plus many others did that work. It's pretty impressive.

It is nice to see that they matched the house to the neighborhood better. For a while there they were putting these 10,000 sq foot mansions next to these little 1000 sq foot salt boxes, just dumb.

There is definetely not enough room in the neighborhood to go "big". There only was only one way to go "up". They kept the house reasonable to the neighborhood which is in my opinion a good idea.

I think it was great that they did work on the houses around it. It is a close knit neighborhood. It looks nice, definetely not outlandish as some houses on the show look.

That's what they did in our neighborhood. Whenever I take someone past it, they'll say, "Be sure to show me the Home Makeover House." To which I reply, "Believe me, you'll know it when you see it." Little house, little house, old farmhouse, little house, ENORMOUS FREAKING HOUSE in a style totally unlike anything else in town. Yep, there it is.

I wanted to go so badly today to the reveal but we were busy. Thanks for posting pictures! I've been following the progress on the news all week. It's so exciting! I can't wait to see the actual show.
I'n thrilled with how well the weather has cooperated. 60 degrees and sunny in November in Buffalo- gotta love it!!
