Move over Dumbo our circus is taking over! Surprise trip adventure!!

I am so jealous that you got a blue pearl! Beautiful setting too. I ended up trying four times before I got a pearl small enough for the carriage necklace!

Someday I would love to get twins so I can have earrings made!

That would be cool... I want the black pearl.... I did pick out an ugly oyster and POOF it was blue. It is SO BEAUTIFUL... I just love it. didn't want to mount it figured the kids can do what they want with it once they are older! really excited to do it again NEXT TIME! Might let the boys do it too.. I think deep down they wanted to do it too..

Love the pictures of the kids in the phone booth! So cute!

You guys really lucked out with great PPs this trip. All the family pictures came out so cute.

I LOVE doing pick a pearl! I have two from previous trips, both in March and they are dated just one day and one year apart! I had seen a setting with three pearls so I might do it again this next trip and put them all on. Meg's pearl is HUGE! So exciting for her!!

ALMOST missed you post!!! I have learned to go back and make sure you and Ariana post in between! HA HA HA

I love the phone booth I had that one printed and is hanging proudly on my wall!
the PP in EPCOT was the only luck we had with PP.
I have them all locked up in my jewelry case at home Until i can trust her to wear it without losing it.
:thumbsup2

Thank you! No there wasn't a PP there?! I wish there had been! can't wait to read about it on yours!!!
slacker.

I'm a total slacker. I really hope to get an update done tonight, which should include the phone booth PP!

I can't believe you got a blue pearl! Gorgeous! How much is pick a pearl? I think my girls would love to try that! Glad Meg got such a big one, but sorry it didn't fit in the carriage.

I love that squirrel. We would have wanted to be his friend.

You got great pearls. I have never done the pick a pearl, but we did watch quite a bit this last time. The person really gets the crowd involved. Looks like tons of fun. In Epcot, we always spend an insane amount of time in that Japan store.

Love the squirrel.

after getting our pearls and playing with wild animals we headed over to American Adventure.
These amazing guys were out

I wanted to SLAP THE daylights out of some people around us who did NOT remove their hats...

the kids stopped to color:

Of course made a couple new friends.
We were starting to get hungry but didn't want american food! We were in the WORLD of all food! wanted to try something else.

Tom then stated he wanted shawarma.. I don't know where he got this. But became a running joke. I think the heat got to his bald head!

We stopped as one of the kids needed a potty break, there was a DSA right in italy so of course i stopped

The kids all send a video to my parents on Facebook. Then we called them to say Hi.
Then we journeyed over to Germany

In case anyone was wondering this is now the village of lizards.

as we were watching the trains the kids noticed tons of lizards so they came up with this is their little town.

still hungry and no shawarma in site we stopped in Germany for some snacks!!!

With our DELICIOUS Snacks we found a small spot where we can sit int eh shade the kids dug right in!

DELISH! i know Tom and i both got a beer of some sort from the Germany cart.

Wanted Tom to get something for home since we couldn't find the picture he wanted we stopped in the shops:

Continuing!

I believe the pearl itself was 15.00 then of course the mounting is more. anything else you would want is another cost. So we did the pearl and a cheaper mounting for both. Yes i am SURE your girls would love this!
Eh no big deal about the carriage, Honestly if she would get it you wouldn't be able to see the pearl so much. So all is well!

I love that squirrel. We would have wanted to be his friend.

He was ADORABLE!

They really do get the crowds going! Lots of fun. When i was done EVERYONE wanted to see the blue pearl. I showed it off peacocking all the way. HA HA HA HA

You can get lost in Japan!!! There is a lot to see in there!

Squirrels are adorable.

Shopping!!

Just for you Kathy and Mark!

One day when i DO win the millions

If you want to see it sideways click the video!

It's SOOOOOOOOOOO Sparkily!!!

we had some time before our FP, while looking at the ball... I started to come up with ideas

It was time to play..

Didn't come out exactly as i hoped.

I can't blame anyone as it was H.O.T we were melting!!! Who wants to pose for pictures if your sweating bullets?!?

The kids are good sports and tried. NEXT TIME!!!
Oh wait i do have one...

Yes... This happened.
I need to get him to the shawarma!!!

Just when we were about to get a move on.. Something else happened we have never seen before!

Cool Beans!
We had to wait for the bridge!! Then have to wait for the people to move! HA HA

Mmmmm Oh one last one.. before we leave Germany!

I'm hungry now..

walking we found DRUMS!

show me one person who walks past drums and doesn't play...

partridge family has NOTHING on us. we are taking this on the ROAD!!!

next was

who still didn't have shawarma no one was in the mood for Chinese. we kept moving

.

You don't often read of someone getting the blue pearl, so good for you. :thumbsup2

There are so many beautiful photo ops around Japan...nice job.

Great pictures of the train and lizards.

Oooh...Mark's favorite place in Germany (well, after the beer stand). Looks like everyone was enjoying their goodies.

I'm glad the kids are still at the age that they like to go to the Kidcots and color (they never had that when our kids were little).

I'm sure the reason those animals get so friendly is that people do feed them. I'm trying to recall if their are signs that say don't feed them? :confused3

We have yet to see that bridge go up for the Illuminations preparation.

I like your attempt at the pictures with Spaceship Earth. Tom's looks pretty darn good...must be where Meg gets "the mouth" from. ;)

Next on our hop along the world was Norway. We haven't been on a ride in a long time. Zack wasn't complaining either! :lmao: (lesson learned!)

Figured we would stop for a last ride on Maelstrom!
as we were walking up i am noticing the time.. 45 Minutes.. I was SHOCKED! Holy crow! Just as we were about to turn around we were approached by two Norwegian CM's, Who asked if we wanted to take a last ride on Maelstrom WITH THEM!!!

WHAT? YES YES WE DO!!!! we made some small talk as we have never really met anyone from Norway, they were as sweet as pie.
Next thing we knew we were escorted ALL the way to the front. Like past ALL the FP people etc!!! Once we were all the way to the front they spoke with the Ride CM next i knew we were entering our very own boat! Just us and the two CM's!!! IT. WAS. AWESOME!!!

COME ON!!! Private ride with 2 amazing CM's!

It was the best time on Maelstrom EVER!
Look how cute they are!

and all of us!

What a way to say goodbye to a ride! I made sure i had their names to include in my email which is getting longer and longer to Disney!!!

I still can't believe that happened!

After saying goodbye to our new Norwegian friends and a thousand thank yous Said goodbye to Maelstrom we needed to get back on our way!

We got around the world pretty quickly no shawarma. Yet getting really hungry!
What's next?
MEXICO i guess Mexican it is!

Maybe i subconsciously had this in mind the whole way?? Who knows.. We made our orders and went to find a table
To find out our animal adventure was NOT over. We were greeted by this

Normally i do NOT have problems with animals. I have dogs remember? They beg. I get it.
But when they are on top of tables.... POOPING... Where i am about to eat?!?!
I had to draw the line. I asked a friendly CM if they would PLEASE clean the table.. Actually i asked if i could do it but they did it for me... yuck.
I ordered:

and it was DELISH! i don't remember what anyone else had. I was too much into my Margarita....
Thankfully the birds left us alone, another family thought it was a good idea to feed them. I was happy.. keep em over there please!!! HA HA!

I believe this is a good enough update for today!!!

Hope you all are enjoying our crazy adventure in Epcot! have a wonderful night!

.

You are a mad woman with these updates lately! :rotfl2:

WHAT AN AWESOME LAST RIDE ON MAELSTROM. I love when you get that little extra pixie dust and this was BIG time pixie dust. How sweet and glad you got pictures with those awesome CM's.

I hate eating in United Kingdom at the counter service because they all feed the ducks and they can become very aggressive. I'm glad you were able to eat (well, you drink) in peace.

You don't often read of someone getting the blue pearl, so good for you. :thumbsup2

I have never seen one! it's was very exciting!!!

There are so many beautiful photo ops around Japan...nice job.

There really is. so pretty there!!!

Great pictures of the train and lizards.

The Town is very very cool. So nice of Disney to build it for the lizards! :lmao:

Oooh...Mark's favorite place in Germany (well, after the beer stand). Looks like everyone was enjoying their goodies.

same with Tom.. It's his favorite too! All we did get was the goodies. we didn't buy anything...

I'm glad the kids are still at the age that they like to go to the Kidcots and color (they never had that when our kids were little).

aww... Yes when in Disney the kids act like kids again. one of the many reasons i love it so much!

I'm sure the reason those animals get so friendly is that people do feed them. I'm trying to recall if their are signs that say don't feed them? :confused3

Your dead on. I don't know if there are signs?!?! yet this little guy was really cute..

We have yet to see that bridge go up for the Illuminations preparation.

No??? I wish i could tell you what time this was but i didn't write it down!

I like your attempt at the pictures with Spaceship Earth. Tom's looks pretty darn good...must be where Meg gets "the mouth" from. ;)

Thank you... NEXT TIME i will get it right!
Yes. the kids get this big ol mouths from TOM!!!

and your keeping up!!! THANKS!

It was awesome!!! Now you see how i wasn't too upset with the grouchy CM's when i had more magical ones then we did the crabby ones!

This is good to know about UK. No Aggressive ducks! NO NO NO!

I love EPCOT, great updates! Meg's dress is just too cute!

I hope we get to meet the squirrel, haha! I'm adding him to my meet and greet list! We saw one sat on a guy's knee when we were waiting for Off Kilter once, he was feeding it peanuts, but it ran away when a gang of kids tried to pet it.

I waited this time till you said you were done. I'm learning. :rotfl:

I forgot earlier to answer your question about Pick A Pearl at DTD. Nope, not the same company. I've heard some bad things (expensive, pushy with selling the settings) about the DTD one so I've never tried there. They don't do all the fun stuff that they do in Japan so I'm not sure why you would want to do it there if you are going to Epcot.

Squirrel!! That was too cute although I was worried that someone might get bit. You can ask Connie (oopsiDAISY) about that. Gabe got bit by one at DTD, I remember reading about it in one of her earlier TRs.

I also want to know which Park Stars Vinylmation is in that tin. I've become kind of obsessed with collecting Vinylmations lately. :thumbsup2

What an awesome experience on Maelstrom! You guys have gotten some of the best pixie dust this trip. I was glad that Jim and I decided to ride in May because it was gone by my next trip. Did you see that they are adding another building in between Mexico and Norway that is going to be for meet and greets? No announcement as to who is going to be in there but it's a safe bet it will be Anna and Elsa. I'm hoping for Kristoff and Olaf too.

We've never done Pick a Pearl but it does look fun. The blue pearl is gorgeous.

We felt rather lucky to have booked our short four night trip to WDW at the end of September. It turned out that we were able to ride the Maelstrom. Luckily I had gotten fast passes for the ride before the announcement about the closing. But your awesome ride with the CM's beat all that. ;)

That is a really small squirrel. It was cute, though. :)

I like the special photo shots with the kids holding the tea cups. Too bad the photographer didn't pose the kids in front of the lake or some foliage or anything besides people. Now you need to crop them all out. ;)

:thumbsup2

**Looks around** I THINK it is safe to post and you won't miss it! :lmao: If you weren't updating like a mad woman then you would have seen it!!! LOL.

Stevie the squirrel looks like a riot! It's good that he was just being curious and not a pain. That must have been a fun encounter.

Those treats in Germany look amazing! YUM!

The pictures with Spaceship Earth are AWESOME!!! :thumbsup2 I love the one of your hubby eating it! What a fun little photo shoot with the kids.

That is an amazing last ride on Maelstrom! So nice of those CM's to take your family along and go on the final ride. That is another ride I am going to miss and not see again.

Those Nachos look so tasty! I would eat the crap out of those right now even though its early morning lol.

I love EPCOT, great updates! Meg's dress is just too cute!

i just LOVE that dress.. It's so young and girlie. I adore everything about it!!!

I hope we get to meet the squirrel, haha! I'm adding him to my meet and greet list! We saw one sat on a guy's knee when we were waiting for Off Kilter once, he was feeding it peanuts, but it ran away when a gang of kids tried to pet it.

The squirrel Meet and Greet is on the bench between Morocco and Japan! :rotfl2:

I hope he is still there for you! he is adorable!!! We loved him! If you do i want to know about it!!!

I waited this time till you said you were done. I'm learning. :rotfl:

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: No big deal!!! I always check i would hate to miss a post!!!

They don't do all the fun stuff that they do in Japan so I'm not sure why you would want to do it there if you are going to Epcot.

Really?!?! This is great to know! I had it in my mind if we didn't stop or something came up we could at least do it in DTD... now i know to make it a priority! this will be something we do every trip.

Squirrel!! That was too cute although I was worried that someone might get bit. You can ask Connie (oopsiDAISY) about that. Gabe got bit by one at DTD, I remember reading about it in one of her earlier TRs.

LOVE that squirrel! YES! I read it in her report!!! i think the report had SQUIRREL in the title!!! No I would never allow anyone to get that close to him. It's still a wild animal looking for food. Yet he was a curious little guy!!!

I also want to know which Park Stars Vinylmation is in that tin. I've become kind of obsessed with collecting Vinylmations lately. :thumbsup2

It was some guy with large horns. I don't know the name... Did you see there are these toys called squinkies they have a Disney set now! the Pluto one is adorable!
Matt is the vinylmation kid, He collects them. Where can you trade them in Disney?!? I know he has a few he wants to trade.

What an awesome experience on Maelstrom! You guys have gotten some of the best pixie dust this trip. I was glad that Jim and I decided to ride in May because it was gone by my next trip.

We really have some amazing pixi dust this trip! All in Epcot too! I wasn't a huge Epcot fan. then the last two trips made it a favorite park!!! you'd think all the magic would come out of MK.. Not for us! All Epcot!

Did you see that they are adding another building in between Mexico and Norway that is going to be for meet and greets? No announcement as to who is going to be in there but it's a safe bet it will be Anna and Elsa. I'm hoping for Kristoff and Olaf too.

I saw that.... Yes it's all for Frozen. I don't know how i feel about all this frozen stuff going on..
Did you see this:

 To see something in destruction is just sad. Whether you like it or not it's still sad to see...

We've never done Pick a Pearl but it does look fun. The blue pearl is gorgeous.

Thanks! I Def Recommend doing it! loads of fun.

We felt rather lucky to have booked our short four night trip to WDW at the end of September. It turned out that we were able to ride the Maelstrom. Luckily I had gotten fast passes for the ride before the announcement about the closing. But your awesome ride with the CM's beat all that. ;)

Thanks! It was one heck of a way to say goodbye!!!

That is a really small squirrel. It was cute, though. :)

HE was little.. and scrawny! He needed a cookie! :lmao:

I like the special photo shots with the kids holding the tea cups. Too bad the photographer didn't pose the kids in front of the lake or some foliage or anything besides people. Now you need to crop them all out. ;)

I agree.. Eh well.. No i don't do editing on other people's pictures. Only special requests to help someone.

I spaced... I Really need my head examined!
I was excited to show you the next PP we encountered! back in NORWAY.. Geesh..

After our amazing ride with the fantastic Norway CM's we met up with yet another incredible photographer!!!

poor legs...

I love my crazy little family..

Yep i have these framed and hanging proudly on my wall! except the one of Tom and I...
Since i am going backwards..
Short video of my little ducks walking in the rain.

OUr Drum solos

OUr message to Grandpa!

Alright! back to our regular scheduled update...
I left off having a wonderful mexican food! and it was time to seek out my spot for DSA
my leg:

Ouch.
I had met a Mom and daughter from across the pond who did the adventure of hostels and driving to Disney once they got into the grand U.S. of A they had some really scary stories of hotels and people!!! I made mental notes of where we will not stop on our road adventures..... I love a good ghost story yet don't want to be the main character of one.

Finally Tom in tow of the kids came.. Told them to go and meet with Duffy i would be limping over shortly I really wanted a Picture of Peanut and Duffy in her Duffy dress!!!

Unfortunately we missed the M&G with Duffy!!! I AM SO UPSET OVER IT! Yes everyone was able to meet with him earlier in the week.. but i really wanted that dress!!! DANG IT!!! grumbling on

There was one more First for my family in which i had to do:

Yes.. They never tried Beverly... I am attaching video's please excuse the foul language but is pretty funny as it shows the taste:Click on the picture..

Here are the kids: click

Unsuspecting people trying out BEVERLY <-- click

oh this is just fun to watch...

More tomorrow as i am sitting here waiting for them up upload to Photobucket!!!

..

The updates are great. Sorry about your leg. That is not fun. Your pictures look great though. No Duffy M&G with the duffy dress is sad. Meg still looks adorable in the pictures because the dress is sooo cute. I will have to watch the videos once I am home and not at work. Jacob tried the Beverly and no reaction what so ever. He has a very good poker face. He even got a refill just to prove it wasn't that bad. He wanted us to try it. Nope.
