move magicband to new mydisneyexperience account?

My now adult son is traveling to Disney without us and has created his own mydisneyexperience account. He is unable to see his magicband in the new account or link his tickets. Is there any easy way to move or or does he need to call support?

He needs to link his new MDE account to his profile in your MDE account. The easiest way is for you to go to his profile in your F&F list. Click on Connect with This Guest. If he’s there with you, there’s a code on his phone you can scan. Otherwise you can send an email via the app inviting him to link. Once he accepts, his MBs, tickets, etc. will transfer over.
