Mousesavers reporting a huge deal for first half of 2009 coming tomorrow!

What if you have an AP or tickets from past?? This isn't a deal where you can just buy a one day base ticket? I guess you have to buy a 4day pass, is that right.
We have tix and were planning on just booking room only for our trip.
Do you all think this is still a good deal, maybe we will just save our tix for another trip....
Any thoughts...I'm still on hold....

I think this will be good for folks booking deluxe resorts, and CL type rooms. I just have this one cash paying trip coming up and this package does nothing for me,
Will wait for a room code and or AP discount for my time frame!

It is a great deal - I've just booked 7 nights at the BWI CL and saved a fortune

Just read the update on Mousesavers and Mary states that you have to purchase a minimum of a 4 day MYW base ticket to get the 3 nights free. This really does not seem to be worth it to AP holders. Love the idea of the $200 gift card though.

Not true- you can just get 1 day base tickets.

Basically here's the formula:

Multiply the room rate times 3 (savings of 3 nights' room rate).
Add $9 per person (approx ticket savings for the 3 extra days).
Add the $200 gift card if you will be traveling by 3/29.

That's your savings.

That's right. This is NOT a good deal for Annual Passholders. It's not intended for us.

Disney is trying to get NEW vacation package bookings for the first half of next year.

This is a GREAT deal if you're staying 7 nights and don't already have tickets. It's actually better than the old "Fairy Tale" package from 2003 because of the $200 gift card.

Yeah I got through right away and was able to change my February reservation saved us $806.54 plus the 200.00 card. Have atrip book in May as well, saved 578. Prices are higher during that time. We decided to add an extra night in May so bottom savings is 368.44, no 200 card though for that trip. Thats ok. Hope things go well for everyone. Yeah.

Holding, holding, holding! My CM told me she could do it but the system isn't working for her so we're on hold for Guest Services. She said the CM next to her had the same problem. Ugh! She told me it has to do with making the original reservation online. I hope this works out!
