Mousekeeping Question

We just returned from a wonderful stay at VWL. We love our DVC investment and have added on four times in less than two years.

I do have a question about mousekeeping and I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. On both my last stay ( December 2002 at BCV) and this latest stay trash had not been removed from the previous occupants. At BCV it was in open view in the kitchen and this time at VWL it was under the sink.

Everything was perfect on the four DVC stays previous to these two. I'm just a little worried that maybe something has changed in their staffing or something.

Has anyone else noticed any problem?

I'd just chalk it up to human error. Unless they refused to come remove it when you called them about the oversight, I wouldn't worry too much about it if the room was otherwise in good order.

One time at OKW we found popsicles and
icecream in the freezer all packaged up in a plastic bag. It looked like mousekeeping forgot to throw it when she finished cleaning the unit . We just tossed it in the trash out side. I would call on an obvious missed trash removal.
Our problem last week was I requested the full cleaning be postponed a day but it was done anyway. I called just to tell housekeeping I would now like to push my T+T day back and the super insisted they would do another full cleaning in two days. The housekeeper must have been confused as I got three full cleanings!
