We have 1 night with cash followed by 6 on points. Does T&T come one day 4 from the check-in date or day 4 of the subsequent stay?

Depends. If MS booked the cash night for you, then Day 1 is check in day for the cash stay. Otherwise, it's the check in day for the points stay.

Thanks, MS booked it for me. Scored a two-bedroom at HHI for $360 instead of 54 points. Just wish I could the other weekend night was available for cash too!
