Mouseears vacations?

Anyone use mouseears vacations? They can't get me a discount, but is it worth using them for getting priority seating reservations?

You might want to stick with a known quantity like Dreams Unlimited. Don't know mouiseears.

im using them right now, and im not impressed. i had several questions that never got answered that i had to check for myself here or call disney myself. One of them being how much to upgrade to a deluxe. i had to call disney myself then contact them more than once to try to get my ressie changed. im not even going to chance sending them my ps. i will do those myself. also if you have to cancel your trip for some reason, you have to pay them a fee.

My family and I are using mouseearvacations for our land/sea April 18-25. They have been great. My TA is Vicki and she is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Very helpful in every stage of planning. If I call her and leave a message she always calls back in a very timely manner. If you have any further questions you can PM me.

I am using them now as well and am very satisfied with Chris. We just recently checked into changing our hotel and within two hours of e-mailing the question we had our new rates and all the info we needed to make our decision about changing. She has also made our PS's for Hoop Dee Doo and they were made within about 2hrs again of my sending her an e-mail. As you can tell I am more than pleased with my experience. I have in the past used AAA and have been less then satisfied since I had to do all my own plans and knew far more than they did. That is why I chose to give up my AAA discount and go with mouseears. I have not regreted it one moment and am sure if you try them you will be very pleased.

I should add that I have refered a friend to them as well and she is also using Chris and is going in August and she is very very pleased with everything they have done for her. This is her first trip and Chris has been great about suggestions and guidance for her and her family.

Thanks for the feedback. Pam "sounds" helpful, but I already made reservations for our trip, was just checking around to see if I could get anything cheaper. Would there be any advantage to transferring my ressies to her and having her do the priority seating instead of doing it myself? Sounds as though I might just be creating unnecessary complications, but I've never done any of this before.

We've never been to WDW and decided kind of last minute to go at the end of April. The CM that I called said that there weren't any discount rooms left on the codes and AAA that I asked about. I only emailed the agent to see if they could get us a better rate -- no such luck.

I hope that we LOVE disney, since I am now learning how to plan your trip the right way -- in advance!

Despite the positive feedback, I think that I will just do the PS myself. Next time we will (I hope) plan far enough in advance to maybe be able to use a travel agent.
