Motor Home parking

During Thanksgiving dinner, we began discussign vacation plans for next summer and my brother-in-law and his family are thinking about joining us. He has a large motor home and has offered to drive us all down in it. My original plans were to drive to HH then on to OKW. Does anyone know whether you can park a large motorhome in either OKW or HH? Thanks for your help.

Neither resort allows parking for large vehicles, but I'm sure they have a plan for those who arrive with that need.

At OKW, I believe they will suggest parking the vehicle at PO. At HH, I assume there is availability nearby, but the resort itself has very limited parking...Possibly at the nearby mall area. The resort can offer guidance. At either place, you can certainly arrive in the motorhome and allow the resorts to assist with the details.

Parking motor homes if you are staying at OKW came up at an annual meeting. I believe Sonya, the GM at OKW, said motor homes can be parked at Port Orleans (now PO-FQ) rather than take up parking spaces at OKW. Now that PO-FQ is temporarily closed who knows? You could call or email Member Services.

Thanks for this question guys. We will have a similar situation in January when one of our guest comes with camping trailer. I know once when we were there someone parked their motor home in the area, and they had it moved to the employee parking near the front of OKW.

Many motorhomes park in the BWV parking lot near the entrance to the lot. I've noticed OKW parking permits on some motorhomes parked in the BWV parking lot. In addition, I've frequently seen smaller motorhomes (under 30 feet) in the OKW parking lot.
