Mother's Day Brunch?

We will be at DL over Mother's Day, isn't there a brunch at the Disneyland Hotel?
Has anyone been to it and have comments? How is the food, are there characters, price etc?
It will be the last day of our trip and I am not sure if it would be a good idea to do that before doing our favorite activities one last time or not. I had planned on Blue Bayou but they are closed.

I was trying for something special and different for Mother's day but maybe a character meal that we haven't done yet is a better choice.
