Mother's Day Brunch- Fill Me In

I booked our ADR today and didn't realize until I made the call that it was 2 TS credits. I'm looking at the prices and wondering WHY??? I know nothing about it, Disney's website didn't give too much away so can someone please fill me in? I'd love to do this for Mother's Day with my fam but I'm thinking I may cancel it if it's just a brunch and a couple of characters standing around. Is there something special that they do, do the characters come to the tables, etc... that makes it worth the 2 credits? What else should I know? Thanks!!!

I don't know, have never been there for that. But I did find this on the Dis on Mother's Day Brunch

Just read Pete's review and it sounds lovely. I do think I am going to cancel it though because I just don't feel it's the right fit for a family with young kids at the price of two credits. If anyone has anything else to add to change my mind I'd love to hear it!
