Mother Son Song Suggestions

My ds1 got engaged in Nov and ds2 got engaged last week. They will probably be married within 6 months to a year of each other. I have to start thinking of what I want to dance with them but I want it to be a Disney song since some of our best memories have been at Disney.

My younger son it might have to be from Beauty and the Beast. We both worked on that his senior year in high school. It was also the first movie we ever took him to and the first Broadway show he ever saw.

My older son is a mystery.

I'd stick with some real parent type songs...

Let's go fly a kite from Mary poppins could work, or you've got a friend in me from toy story.

Just make sure it's really not romantic... I hear beauty and the beast and I think the couple should dance to that not mother and son... But that's my opinion.

One of the most popular mother-son Disney songs IMO is You'll Be In My Heart from Tarzan, especially since it is literally a mother singing to her son (I can't help you with ours as MIL picked a Lady Antebellum song )

I agree with the ones from Beauty and the Beast being too romantic. You've Got a Friend in Me did cross my mind. The Tarzan one is one that I have thought of with my older son.
