THANK YOU LESSA! I'll be sitting at this computer all day, planning.:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Thank you so much for sharing the Navigators. I've seen where people have shared them before - but they weren't so readable. I have been wondering how the children would be entertained, curious if my DDs would have a blast. And now I am 100% sure they are going to love it. I enjoyed going over each one, seeing the fun they would have each day - and now wish I was their age! I wanna build a volcano!! :)

Now I need to go back through the adult options. My cruise is over a year away - but I just plain can't wait.

Thank you again for sharing.

Deb

That's great that you posted the Navigators. I went through them and picked out what I would do each day if I were lucky enough to go...:cloud9:

I am very much looking forward to Nursing school, it is definitely going to be a vast departure from my previous studies but I enjoy learning so it should be exciting tackling something new and then of course when I am done I will be all set for a long and fulfilling career! I just wish I had studied Nursing to begin with instead of wasting so many years getting the first degree and then sort of just meandering around not knowing what I am doing for these past couple years.

Oh, thank God! We need nurses so much...so I can finally retire!:lmao:
After 38 years, I deserve it, don't you think? I had to go the 3 year diploma and then all those years getting a BSN...still don't know what studying theater, art and music have to do with making me a better RN...Good luck, and congratulations on your career choice!

Hi Deb! I am so glad that the navigators could help you out. I have experienced the hard to read online navigator issue as well so I deliberately posted mine nice and big so that people could read them more easily. :thumbsup2

 Yeah I am sure my English Lit and Classics degree will be really useful when it comes to Nursing.

I am counting on the Nursing shortage to get me a job when I graduate. Not sure if I want to stay where I am and work when I finish my degree or move somewhere else. I think I might work here for a few years to get experience and save up money and then make a move. We'll see it is several years away! ;)

I am really enjoying your TR. And, all of your pictures are great. We went on a 7 day Disney Eastern Caribbean cruise in 2007. We loved every minute of it. We took another 3 day Disney cruise last year. Next year, 2010 we are goin on our 3rd Disney cruise to the Western Caribbean this time.:cool1::thumbsup2
I have a question......................did you get any pictures of your table servers? We had 2 of the best ones ever on our 7 day cruise. Don't get me wrong, our servers on the Wonder were excellent too. But it seemed our servers on the Magic on our first cruise were the absolute best!!!:cool1::thumbsup2:yay:
Again, thanks for your great report!!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Hi, thanks for reading!

I think we will probably do the Western itinerary next time we cruise as well, Mom likes to mix things up. I loved the Eastern ports so would love to do another eastern as well. ;)

I did indeed get a picture of my table servers. It will be coming up in a few updates. ;)

I awoke at 8am, I could have slept longer but it was Castaway Cay, no time to lay about in bed!

Mom had woken up much earlier than I had and had gone around the ship making a video tour of the ship. She told me not to post it though as she didn't like it once she viewed it at home.

Mom and I got ourselves beach ready and then went on up to Topsiders to grab some breakfast and then we went up to deck 10 to watch as the Magic approached Castaway Cay.

Mom and I went down to Deck 2 to wait for the all clear to get off the ship. It was packed down there! It seemed to take quite a while for them to let us off, I do suppose they need to let all the CM's get in position and such.

Soon enough though we were off!

Now the first thing I had planned to do that morning was get my picture with Jack Sparrow. There had been a picture op with him on Pirate Night but the line for it was insane! Besides I though the backdrop of the Flying Dutchman was much better than what they had on the ship!

I was the first in line again! Seemed I was almost always first in line for the characters. Soon enough my line buddy showed up and said she knew she was in the right place if I was there. lol

I think we waited maybe 5-10 minutes max for Jack to come out. He had the swagger down perfect! He talked to me a bit but I can not for the life of me think of what he said. My memory has gone hazy and I didn't write about it in my trip journal. Oh well!

I'm a little worried - we leave for WDW on Monday and I fear I'll be missing the end of your trip report. I hope you don't mind, I've told all the DISers on our thread about your report - I see some of these have responded to you. :cool1::cool1::cool1:
Your trip report has made our trip even MORE exciting. Oh, well, if you can't complete your report before we leave, there will be something (and only one thing) to look forward to when we return from our Tortola cruise.
Thank you again for doing this.
Jack Sparrow is HOT!:woohoo: (and this comes from an old lady - that is ONE 'character' I wouldn't mind getting MY picture taken with:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:)

Love the pics of Capt Jack!!!

Thanks! It was the one character photo I was determined to get on that trip.

Fantastic report!! We leave in 8 days and I cannot wait!!!:cool1:

Thank You! Lucky duck! Wish I was leaving again so soon. :goodvibes

You are too nice! Thanks for "pimping" my report. You shouldn't miss too much, probably just the last update. :goodvibes

Now I had not planned to stop for any more characters but we saw that Minnie and Pluto were out for photos as we were walking by and I just couldn't resist! I am a sucker for the characters.

Look! Mom even had her picture taken!

We were about to leave and make our way to the beach but we saw Mickey and Goofy on their way over so we stuck around for a few more minutes to get pictures with them too.

We finally made it to the family beach after our many stops for characters and to take pictures. We grabbed two lounge chairs near the snorkel lagoon and got all settled.

Thanks Lessa- 7 more days for us and we'll be on that great ship! Thanks for getting us excited! I feel the same way about the characters- I can't seem to pass them up either, unless my children are saying "Let's goooooooo Mom!"

 The only time I can pass characters by is at rope drop at WDW. I am too focused on getting all the rides out of the way. After that I can stop for characters. ;)
