Most underrated things to do at WDW

Hall of Presidents. - As a kid I did not like it very much but we went a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. It was a good pre-show and actually seeing each president on the stage was a really cool experience. I felt very patriotic after we left.

Tom Sawyers Island - A very nice reprieve from the park. It felt like a different world. We sat on the porch at Aunt Polly's and relaxed.

All of the street performers shows. The MK singers, Citizens of Hollywood, etc. I find these to be very entertaining and often overlooked or just passed by, by many people rushing to their next FP+ or dinning reservations. I love sitting and watching these performances.

Living With the Land…nice break, kinda cool stuff (I would love to work there as a research scientist, TBH)

Mini Golf – it’s a nice break. Feels like Disney, but without the massive crowds.

Splitzville – good sushi, huge drinks, kids get to bowl for an hour while I enjoy the music and the food!

Transportation – admittedly, we are geeks about transportation. We love the boats, monorails, busses, etc. and will go out of our way to use them.

Fort Wilderness/Trail’s End – what a great getaway. So low key, the food is great, and the beach is so relaxing. Plus, the stables, etc. We kill at least a half day here.

Where in Epcot would I find this?!!! :)

It's at a kiosk in front of the pavilion on the World Showcase side of the promenade. They also have a Grand Marnier Slushie which I like better actually

1. Living With the Land. Tried that for the first time in 2014 and now it's a must-do.

2. Sitting on a bench on Sunset Boulevard with a cup of coffee and a muffin, just watching the crowds go by. DHS has become my favorite low-key park. I'll miss that when the expansion is done.

3. Boat transportation. Our most recent trip we stayed at GF and that was my favorite way to get back and forth to MK. Also loved the DHS to Epcot boat.

4. Tom Sawyer's Island. What a fantastic way for my kids to get their ya-yas out without getting in the way of others. (Mostly. Thank you for being so gracious when they apologized, random lady who got cut off.)

5. Frozen lemonade. Without alcohol (Minute Maid slushes; those frozen cups from carts) or with (Italian margarita; Grey Goose Slush).

Some of these have been mentioned by others. My top 5
1. The bands and street performers at Epcot World showcase. Past and present.
2. Dinosaur
3. The Tomorrowland transit authority
4. the bands and street performers at the AK.
5. Imagination ride at epcot. or the tanks in the seas.

Water taxi between Port Orleans and Disney Springs
Sitting on the curb and watching the Citizens of Hollywood
People watching on the Boardwalk
Watching the toy trains in EPCOT's Germany
The two walk-through exhibits at Animal Kingdom
Tom Sawyer's Island

Absorbing the overall theming of the entire resort. Face it, you can ride more exciting rides elsewhere for much less cost. But, you can't beat Disney's ambiance. Disney makes us all feel like little kids again.

Campfire and movies with Chip and Dale at Ft Wilderness ( we love doing this!)
People Mover
Tom Sawyer's Island
Morocco pavilion. I love going back there. Lots of spaces to see that are nice and cold too.

Riding the various forms of transportation up and down Main Street.

They're not as plentiful at wdw as they are at Disneyland but I always feel special riding past all the people walking!!

(I thought my son was ridiculous the first time he wanted to ride the double decker bus but it turned out to be one of the best views of the castle I've ever seen).

AK/AKL (safari especially)
Cms who draw characters using water...and 99.9% of cms in general
Hidden mickeys
Two former events: Expedition Everest challenge & Star Wars Weekends

The People Mover
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie
Riding Dumbo at night
Watching the birds fly in at AK opening
Magic Kingdom EMH

Entertainment at the World Showcase - I love going to the World Showcase and watching the local entertainment in each country. From the Voices of Liberty, the Mariachi band, to the Chinese acrobats, I think it is fun to see a little bit of culture that each country represents. I remember there was a band playing British hits in the UK Pavilion. I forget their name but they were really good!

Hall of Presidents/The American Adventure - Love these patriotic shows!!! Especially the song in The American Adventure...AMERICA...spread your golden wings... Always puts a tear in my eye!

Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover - Great ride to get off your feet and people watch. Love going in the portion in complete darkness around Space Mountain hearing the screams.

WDW Transportation System (Disney Magical Express/WDW Buses/Various Ferries/WDW Railroad/Monorail) - I know there are people that hate the WDW transportation system in the overrated forum, but it is amazing how Disney coordinates and moves so many people from your arrival in Orlando to transporting you to all of the parks and everything in between. It is an essential part of the vacation experience that hasn't disappointed me. All of the logistics and planning is impressive.

Pot roast - I am not sure if this is at every hotel QS restaurant, but at the All Star Sports resort, they had a delicious pot roast. Probably the best deal in terms of price and quantity. Hmmmmm...Very Good!!!

1. Treating AK like a zoo, and really stopping to enjoy watching the animals vs. rushing to fastpasses and shows
2. Morocco. Awesome food, awesome pavilion to explore.
3. Shopping at Mexico.
4. Big Thunder Mountain
