Most surveys are too time consuming

I love the rewards sites. I do ALL of my online shopping thru them. I also have no problem with QR clicks. I have watched 3 seconds of a gazillion iFilms and clicked on 10 grab-a-cabs a dayfor Freeride tokens. I also think that the contests on all the sites are fun. But, from now on the only surveys I'm doing are the ones that give minimum points (10) regardless if you qualify...namely MyPoints. With the other reward sites I have literally wasted hours of time only to be told I don't qualify. (So why do I have to take the entire survey for them to tell me that....yeah right...bunk if you ask me!)

I'm with you. I very rarely qualitfy for any surverys. I have found one site that I take surverys on that I really like. They often send me stuff to try out too which is great for me!

Are you on the forums of SR? There has been quite a bit of discussion recently about the surveys that get all the good info, then bump you out after asking, again, how old you are (or whatever), and they are trying to give that feedback to the survey company she deals with. If that's happening to us, we don't get paid, which means SR doesn't get paid, which can mean that the company they deal with isn't being paid by the company that is doing the survey...the surveying company (Starbucks, or Dockers, or whatever) is being sneaky right down the line, and I know that SR and the company she deals with WANT to know about that!!!

Also, do you know that, at least with SR, you can have someone else in your household try to qualify for surveys? Recently I've had troubles getting surveys as a white, x age, college educated female, but my husband is multi-racial (or Asian, depending on his mood that day), a bit younger, has only had some college, and is a male...so he can get surveys when I can't (he keeps getting crazy-long ones for work clothes, socks, casual pants, and such). Having him around to pitch in with surveys is useful, and since I found out that it's a *household* account and others can try for surveys, I've been getting a survey almost every day.

Lastly, there are times in the middle when I think "is this really worth 80 cents?" and want to quit, but the next day when my balance is up by almost a dollar, in retrospect, that time WAS worth it!

Good luck in getting more surveys in the future!!!!

I am on the "I would rather not try to qualify" side of the fence, but I just got in on the very first try today! That being said, I have stopped doing the Greenfield Surveys through my email, never qualified for them in months. I seem to do better at S/R. I also don't bother with C/R surveys as I have either done the whole thing and gotten "not qualified" after many many pages or I would finish and then nothing else happened and no credit. I will stick with S/R, maybe I will get a bonus at the end of the month.

I'm not do SR or QR surveys any longer either. MP is the only one that gives me points for attempting to qualify so it's the only one I'm doing now. The rest are mostly it's a huge waste of time IMO.
