My husband I are going to WDW in December. We are going around and around trying to decide which restaurant to eat at at the World Showcase. In your opinion, which one has the most romantic environment/setting? :)

I think San Angel Inn has really pretty ambiance, but the food wasn't too great.
Le Cellier is really nice too though and the food is to die for.

Bistro de Paris. It's tucked away upstairs in France, and it's quieter and more intimate (as well as pricier) than Chefs de France, which would be my second choice as most romantic WS table service.

My vote is also for Bistro. The food and service are definitely the best in any of the parks. Since it is a park, many of the people come in Park Casual although the waiters are in Black Tie. Any very important for the romantic aspect, there is no children's menu and there tends to be peace and quiet.

Definitely Bistro de Paris. We have been lucky enough to get a window table a couple of times, with a great view of Illuminations! :goodvibes Of course, no matter where you sit the food is absolutely brilliant! :)

Another vote for Bistro de Paris.

I feel Le Cellier is too creepy to be considered romantic. Rose and Crown is decent, especially after dark, but only if you're in that lucky third that get a terrace table with a view of the lagoon. Chefs de France is okay, but a bit too frenetic to be romantic in my book. Teppanyaki and Biergarten -- uh, no. Nine Dragons and Alfredos -- I just can't get past the bad food. :) Akershus doesn't have enough going for it. San Angel Inn isn't romantic -- it's just plain dark! :teeth:

Another vote for Bistro. :sunny:

I vote for San Angel for Atmosphere and I enjoyed the food. The queso was wonderful!

The food and service is wonderful! They encourage you to take your time and staying until after the park closes allows for a romantic walk out of the park with only a few other couples around. :lovestruc

Bistro is by far the most romantic and has good food. One caveat, they have a dress code which seems to be arbitrarily enforced. A co-worker was turned away for not being appropriately dressed to dine there, and I've heard through these boards that it also happened to someone else here.

My DH and I went to San Angel Inn in April and the ambiance of that restaurant was great!! The food was good in our opinions and I loved the margaritas!!

"Oh Canada..." My vote is for Le Cellier. Wonderful food! Very romantic. One note, ask for a table in the corner or by the fireplace. Less kiddy if you know what I mean.

My vote is for San Angel Inn. DH and I ate there on our honeymoon and thought it was great. I love the volcano in the background, absolutely beautiful! :)

I also agree with San Angel. Request a table by the river. You may have to wait for it but it is worth it.
