At Epcot that would be Bistro. At the MK, I suppose Tony's might qualify if only for the Lady and the Tramp theme. But it isn't a good restaurant by any stretch.
Not actually in the park, but at the resorts. I would say Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian or we also like the California Grill at the Contemporary during Wishes.
We had a romantic dinner at Tony's. We were seated near the Lady and the Tramp fountain. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs to complete the image for fun. It was ok to do once, but pricey for pasta.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere at AKL Jiko. Great food, subdued lighting and excellent service. This was worth the price.
I would have to concur....there aren't any romantic restaurants IN the parks....Cali Grill is awesome and being there during Wishes makes it even better.
I would have to disagree that Tony's is romantic. It was our worst meal ever at WDW. The wait was horrendously long with an ADR, the waiting area was overrun with people and crying kids (I know...it's WDW...I'm not complaining that they were there...I'm just stating that it's not romantic), the service was awful as was the food. I think there's more ambiance at the Olive Garden (and better food, to boot).
At WDW...? Without a doubt - Victoria & Albert's (the Grand Floridian)
Also good are: 1) The California Grill (the Contemporary Resort)
2) Bistro (EPCOT)
3) Citrico's (the Grand Floridian)
4) 50's Prime-Time (DHS) [LOL - only kidding ! but you sure would have a lot of fun !]
Don't you hate when you go to a potentially romantic restaurant and have terrible service? Brown Derby!
I agree with the above posters. If you mean in the parks, your best bet is somewhere in world showcase. If you mean in the world, your best bet is Bistro, Cali Grill or V&A
Inside the parks I would say World Showcase is your best bet. The whole area is very romantic at night. I like the atmosphere of San Angel Inn (Mexico at night) although some don't like the food. We like to just walk around the World Showcase buying and sharing snacks and drinks. Very romantic
In the parks it's Bistro hands down. Very romantic! San Angel Inn takes second place for me, but only if you sit at a table by the river. Other than that it can be quite loud and crowded.
At the resorts I would say a window seat at Citrico's (GF) overlooking the beautiful grounds. A window seat at Yachtsman Steakhouse (YC) overlooking the pool area and windmill. And a window seat at Artist Point (WL) overlooking the beautiful grounds.
