So this March will be my families fist time to WDW and I am curious which restaurants are must do's other than the character dining? I have read a lot and understand I have to be ready at 7 am to get my princess table booked but what about the other places? I don't really want to be tied down to a whole lot of reservations.

Appreciate any advice.

Be Our Guest (dinner only) and Chef Mickey's - if you want those you should pick them up right away. I wouldn't call Chef Mickey's a must do and if all you want to do is see inside BoG you can eat lunch there without any reservations, but if you want those you should book them.
