In random order:
The buffets: I loathe buffets in particular, but most of my extended family LOVES them, so when they go, I go. People mixing up spoons, touching the food, and it's not all that good anyway, and we always seem to be near the table with the runaway kids. And squeezing to see a character that you now have to photoshop all the strangers out of. Worse, now there are buffets were you can only see certain characters.
Disney all-inclusive transportation: even when we stayed on-site we ditched it soon after our first trip. And now with the monorail breaking down and squishing more people on the buses and boats, nope, not magical.
Castle shows: over and over and over, same show, and it stops people on the sidewalk or they run! Yes, they're changing it finally but it's been forever.
Soarin': it makes perfect sense for DL as it's all California and locals will know it all. At WDW, a film of California? I'll be glad when they change the film, hopefully it won't be dirty in 3 months and stay that way for 8+ years.
Huge investments clearing out everything : I hate that there is Frozen everywhere in 3 of 4 parks, and I LOVE the movie. Pick one and leave them there. Same w Star Wars- if they're going to be eating 1/3 of HS, stay there and don't take over Mouse Gears and the Emporium. Toy Story is eating another 1/3 and they're in MK. Now rumours have GOTG taking over ToT. Pandora land? Nope. Not good. Yes new things are great, but not if they make everything the same.
Starbucks: don't understand the hype outside the parks, certainly don't get the giant lines inside.
