We went to Rumba (Island inspired kitchen and rum bar) in Metaire LA, just outside of NOLA. Food was great: Island inspired but with the threads of NOLA seasoning. I had the redfish, DH had a steak, my sister had crawfish and crab bucatini, and BIL had shrimp and grits. I am a spice sissy, and nothing was too "hot" but it was all incredibly flavorful. Dinner for 4, with 6 adult beverages, was about $200. I don't think that's stupidly expensive for New Orleans. Tonight... not sure yet!
