Most expensive counter service restaurants on the counter service dining plan???

Great thread! We have dinner reservations every night except one where we are doing a character breakfast instead. Since we're staying at SSR, I'll probably suggest we walk or take the boat over to DTD and eat at WPE, the menu sounds great, and such a great deal on the DDP!

It may not be pricey, but for good flavor I'd consider Columbia Harbor House at MK. They have awemsome sammies and soup.....just a thought :thumbsup2

We ate at WPE for the first time last Sept. (by DQ) and liked it so much we made a special trip back later in our trip for another lunch. The servings are pretty big-definitely sharable. I didn't know about the soft yogurt-We had the Key Lime Pie, yummy! :goodvibes

Since I'm a visual person, here are a few pix from WPE

BBQ Chicken Salad -very good-a little spicy (too spicy for my DM)

Just another vote here for the value of Wolfgang Puck Express as a CS - in food selection, quality, service and "bang for the buck" on DDP.

For us, it outshines LOTS of the TS we've had on Disney property. We order our food and it is delivered to our seat right by the Kitchen. One of the few CS we tip (liberally) for. They have exchanged one of DS's choices on one visit and always refill our drinks!

Honestly, I am afraid it will disappear from DDP - when a CS check for 3 people comes to $73 and the food and service are so awesome - ya gotta wonder 'bout things.....

HI there!!! I am looking for it....sorry girls, I know its here, maybe it is not called that :but it is close.....man I hope I am not way off....:confused3

one more question, we're with the free dining this fall, and it comes with a counter service and a table service right? so we'd be able to eat at one of the places listed and still use a table service later? thanks!

Yes you get counter service and table service 1 of ea per person per night, you can use them in any order you want.....:thumbsup2

Pepper Market at CSR has a Ribeye on the QS menu for $21.95 !! What do you know....we're going to CSR in September on DDP, WooHoo!!

I think we are going to have to give Pepper Market another try. We ate there 3-4 years ago for breakfast and weren't really that happy with it but I think lunch or dinner sounds like a better way to go.
