To what email addy would you think I should send an email i've written about my concerns over an upcoming trip?

It may sound petty or strange but I really do have concerns. This is over their "Magical Gatherings". Maybe I can get advice from you guys? We are having a party of 11, all family for my nephews 4th birthday next month. We are staying at Pop Century in 3 rooms. Now on the phone and on the resservation it's been noted that we'd like to be together but it's definately not guarenteed or even real likely. It just seems to me that if they are all about the Magical Gathering and family and all, that they'd want to keep the family together. Pop Century doesn't have connecting doors do they? But even so, we'll have 4 kids with us and would have liked to put them to bed in one room and be able to get together in another to review plans or what not. And if we are in different buildings or even different floors, we just can't leave them like that.

But then it came up again when making resservations at Chef Mickey for my nephews actual birthday party. We were told they don't have tables for 11. Well what's a "Magical Gathering" if they can't even seat your family together? Right now we have a resservation for 7 and one for 4 and they are requested together but once again not guarenteed. What kind of party does that make when part of the family is in one place and the rest is in the other?

I hate to sound so negative but it just seems when they came up with this great new promotion that they would have made it a little more FAMILY orientated.

So anyway, i've looked on www.disneyworld.com and haven't really found any emails based towards anything in particular. Is there an email you've written to in the past that got a good response??

TIA!

We are going for a "magical Gathering" also. We tried to make our dinner plans for the places that are set up to accomidate our group of 9. The only place that we will be split is at Rainforest. If you want to be seated as a group, they have pretty many places to pick from.

As for your rooms, you might be surprised as to how accomidating they can be. We only went as a group once before, but they put us in ajoining rooms. We didn't know to ask, they just did it. Unless you are there at a time of year were they are at almost full capacity, I am sure they will try to accomidate.
