Mortgage Statements

Anyone receive their 2004 Mortgage statements from DVC yet?

I haven't received my 1098 yet. I have all of my other statements, and was hoping to get my taxes out of the way this weekend. If it doesn't arrive in today's mail, I might call Member Accounting and see if they will give me the 2004 interest amount over the phone. (I don't know why they wouldn't...They certainly provide balance info over the phone.)

No offense, but since they aren't required to mail 1098's or 1099's until Monday, I think calling before Wednesday next week because you are being slightly incovenienced is unreasonable. But I also understand why you would want to do it.

I, too, was hoping to finish up my taxes this weekend. Perhaps someday DVC will catch up with many other companies and start making this kind of info available online. Doctor P is right - they don't have to even be in the mail until Monday.

Yup -- DVC is the only one we haven't gotten info from. Frustrating, but legal.

Yes, I know what you mean we are going to do our taxes in about 2 hrs. As of yesterday no statement from DVC. So I called ms accounting and the woman was very helpful and gave me the figures i needed over the phone. Since we always electronicly file, there is no harm in getting the actual forms next week.

Just wanted to let everyone know I received my 1098's in the mail today for both my contracts, VWL and SSR.

So they are on the way.

Nope, as of 2/3 have not received it in the Chicago area. If it's not there when I get home MS/accounting will be getting a call.
