Leaving in a few days and wondering if anyone would suggest table service at the rest in morrocco? Only there for 3 days and have decided on jiko and kona for other meals. Have been to wdw 25+ times and have never eaten there.:cool1:

We went last August and really liked it. The interior of the place is really incredible, the entertainment is good, and the food was good, too. My DW is not a very adventurous eater and still liked the dish she got very much. We'd definitely do it again.

Definitely try Marrakesh! I have probably been there at least 20 times and loved it each and every time! The decor is cool and looks authentic, the service is always very good, and the food is fantastic. It's not anything weird or too exotic, just really nice flavors and good presentation. Music is excellent and live, and there is sometimes a belly dancer. It's just a cool place and definitely worth the try.

I ate there once and I enjoyed my meal. I wouldn't mind eating there again but I think I enjoyed my meal at their counter service, Tangierine Cafe, MUCH better. And it's cheaper.

Happy eating! :goodvibes

Do you guys think the music and dancer is entertaining enough for my DD (will be 6 by our next trip), just to keep her occupied long enough for me to enjoy some of my meal? She isn't the most patient child when it comes to restaurants so I usually try to do character meals, or places like 'Ohana that have some form of entertainment for her if she's going to be with me. I've been wanting to try this one for a while though.

I ate there for lunch so not sure if the entertainment is different at dinner, but IMO it would not be long enough to entertain a child in the same way that a character meal would. My friend and I ate a leisurely lunch there and the belly dancer only came out once for like 10 minutes. That combined with some of the seating is a little far away from the performance area, but you could always request a table near the dance floor. I don't doubt she would like it, but don't bank on her being entertained for the whole meal if the performance schedule is like what I encountered.
