What time should we arrive at MK for 8 am EMH with the Park Opening at 9? We will be staying onsite and taking either the bus or a Minnie Van to avoid losing time at TTC. In 18 years, this will be our first morning EMH!

It will be difficult for you to judge exactly when you will actually arrive,
AND, you didn't say WHICH RESORT, so...
Be at your resort bus stop by 7:00-ish.
Or step aboard your MinnieVan by 7:15-ish.

The time it takes to get to/from the various parks can vary a lot due to the location (distance) and unique
transportation factors at the many different resorts.

If you want to be one of the first to get to (or not have to wait long in line for) 7DMT or Peter Pan, etc..., Shannon Albert from WDW prep school says to get to the turnstiles 45 minutes before park opening, but that is when it opens at the regular time so maybe you don't need to get there that soon for EMH.

I would be at bus stop at 6:45. Early I know but I would rather hurry up and wait at 7am than be behind the pack at 8:15. You just never know with Disney transportation.

We normally get to the bus stop an hour or more before the park opens, even on emh mornings. I like to be at the park about an hour before opening. We have often been the first in line at the park and the first on rides.

With MK we usually use the buses; is this still the best plan for EMH? Our 1st one too, we'll be at Saratoga Springs. Will the 1st bus be 7am ish for 8am EMH?

Buses start daily at 6:30am. Sometimes a little earlier if a park is opening at 7am

Thanks all! That helps! We’ll plan to arrive an hour to 45 minutes before EMH start!

This is probably not a consistent experience but on our last trip, in June, we had great morning bus mojo (from Wilderness Lodge) every morning, except EMH. Next time we attempt it we may try an alternative method (such as Uber to Contemporary and walk to MK).
