Morning EMH at MK/non-resort guests

We are visiting MK this Thursday and I just realized they are having EMH that morning and I already booked my non-refundable, non-disney hotel
Unfortunately we cannot reschedule the trip, and I am so worried that the crowds are going to be crazy.
I have kids age 2 and 5 and we always go early in the morning to ride as many rides as we can before the lines get long. Long lines with 2 little kids are a NIGHTMARE as we all know. I had it all planned out that we would head straight to Adventureland/Frontier Land as we haven't spent much time there and go on Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladdin, etc before our first FP at 11am for Thunder Mountain. Now that I know about the EMH that morning, I'm so worried that my strategy won't work since it might already be crowded!
Tell me, how bad is it going to be?? Does anyone have any ideas/tips on what to expect? Will my strategy still work? Ahhhhhh!!!

If it's any consolation, far more people don't go for the morning EMH than do. We've never done it - can't get up that early!

The park will be busier by the time you'd get there, but not significantly so.
