We've been to MA twice in the past year and enjoyed it both times. Of special note, the buri bop is one of the better dishes I've had anywhere at Disney. That being said, I wouldn't qualify MA as being on the level of most other Signature restaurants. The sushi is fine though not exceptional. A friend had a lunch set with orange chicken, a California roll, and dumplings, all of which were tasty but, again, unremarkable. The Pad Thai and Lo Mein were a tad greasy though edible. The only other recommended dish is the Kung Pao chicken in which we asked them to ramp up the heat of the dish and they did so perfectly; further, it had a complexity of flavors and spices missing in other dishes. Still, the buri bop is the star dish. While the ambiance is refreshing and unique, again I wouldn't consider it to be quite in the Signature mold. Service was good both times. According to what I can find, though MA is currently on the dining plan, it's not listed for 2017. Hope this helps.
