More questions about the nursery...

How does the nursery handle a milk allergy? We're on a simple avoid milk diet (no epi pen or anything--just benadryl if needed). Do I just need to make it known on our reservation and then let the nursery staff know?

Yes, definitely put it on your reservation and let the staff know. Our kids are allergic to dairy among other things, and it wasn't an issue. They will probably want you to leave some benadryl, just in case.

(My daughter will be turning 1 on the cruise) I've posted questions previously, but now I have more... The questions seem to just pop into my head at random times (perhaps it's mommy brain).

How does drop off and pick up work? I've already registered my daughter and we've set our password. Does she her mickey band need to stay on? Should I put it on her ankle or wrist? I read somewhere that the older kids have a little clip that keeps the mickey band in place and that if they have an allergy it's red to alert the cast members. Do the little ones have this clip as well?
If we pick up early are we charged for the whole time? What if we drop off 5-10 minutes early?
We have a 7:30 dinner reservation, so I set the nursery reservation for 7:30--is that okay?
For our excursion, I gave us a 30 minute prior to excursion drop off and an hour after estimated return time to pick up (I wanted to make sure we were covered).
What if I don't want my child watching a lot of tv while in the nursery? Do I just mention that to the cast member?

Thank you! I'm sure I'll have more questions! On a side note: has anyone used the complimentary strollers that are available at guest services? If so, how was your experience and do you have any pictures of the stroller?

My 1 year old granddaughter would not wear it so they snapped it through her tank top in the back on the shoulder. Yes, you are charged for the time you booked, not the time they are there...so if you book 3 hours and only stay for 2 they charge for 3. They were very flexible in changing our times around based on our needs. I think they were lenient on the few minutes early.

Just mention any needs to the cast members. we found them very easy to work with.

The only thing I did not like and thought too time consuming was the form my daughter had to fill out each time she dropped our granddaughter off.

What form did they have to fill out each time?

Stuff like allergies, likes, dislikes, nickname, etc. I just thought all that info would be in the system but my daughter said she had to fill out each time.

I assume that this is standard, but we also received a picture of our DD with Minnie Mouse at the end of the cruise. It was cool to know that they came in and visited the kids in the nursery!! I had no idea:)

Interesting...I assumed that would be in the system as well. I'll just make sure I save some time to fill out the form. Thanks for the heads up

It used to be all done at the first nursery visit and that was it, but between our June cruise last year and our April cruise this year they started making us fill out a form each visit.
