Bank appraisal came through fine - she got her mortgage - and the only inspection she requested sailed through without a problem.. Her attorney is in the process of drawing up the new deed, clearing the title, etc.. Her house closes tomorrow and we'll be ready to close on mine as soon as all the paperwork can be completed.. 
Of course I'm still a nervous wreck - and will be until that check is in my hand.. LOL
