More info about CSR?

Where can I find more info about CSR? We have to switch from BC (my dream resort) to a moderate because we are adding a sixth person and need two rooms and don't want to pay for two at the BC.
We picked CSR because of the good things that we have heard about the pool - are there preferred rooms or sections to avoid? Any info would be appreciated. We will have kids 4,7,8 and three adults.
