Not sure about tonight.
We had some bad news the last few days.
Valerie's friend got hit by a car the other night and died yesterday.
She and her friends are very shaken up.

Oh, that is just awful. I'm so sorry that they are dealing with that. Thoughts and prayers to Valerie and her friends and the friend's family. What a terrible thing.

woke up too late, rushed to get Lilly out the door since her school starts first. Turned on the computer after Ryan left with Lilly only to see an email from the school system that there is a 90 minute delay. Oooops.

lucky you! I am working my first full week since before Thanksgiving! Between traveling to VA for the holiday, then a sick day, then to Disney, then Christmas & New Year's Day, the last time I worked a full week was the week of Nov. 17!

Wow, that's nice you've been able to have partial weeks for so long. Although I bet it's going to make this week seem even longer.
The kids were so bummed because the next long break they have isn't until April for Easter!

LOL Yeah, it's fun. But honestly sometimes we get so wrapped up in real life though that I forget the Strip is there!
I'll be driving to the grocery store and see the skyline up ahead and think "Oh yeah, I'm in Vegas."
