For example, if you book using AAA rate now and then say a month before you go the APH or super saver rate goes lower is it possible to switch and how - just by calling ??
Do the super saver rates change too or just AAA and APH.
Was originally going to book at HRH but supersaver rates for PBH are 239 for std and 279 for queen deluxe which don't seem too bad. Is it worth the extra $40 per night for the deluxe - we are family of four (kids 12 and 14). Am loews member but only blue.
Any opinions on which hotel rooms have better lay out for families.

Please make up my mind for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl:

Yes you can switch just by calling. The supersaver rate is a 20 or 30 per cent off rate, so if the rack rate changes, the supersave rate changes.

We are a family of four as well with a boy and a girl who don't like to sleep in the same bed together. We really appreciate having the extra pullout couch but if you have no problem with just sleeping in the two beds, then save the $40 bucks a night. You won't be in the room other than for sleeping anyways.

I have been in both the deluxe at the Hard Rock and Portofino. The Hard Rock deluxe is larger than the Portofino deluxe but the bathroom is smaller.

check the website frequently and see which rates are better, aaa, ap, super saver.

call and modify your ressie when you see the change.

only a percentage of rooms are alloted on the discount deals. don't wait a couple of weeks to switch discounts or they might be gone.

super saver rates are usually for a 4 night stay.
i haven't seen them available for october yet.

Thanks again guys. Think I will just book std room and hope for upgrade at least to pool view. I'll save the extra $$$ for nice dinner!!! Oh and damo and macraven - I'm now reading so much of your crap that the hubby thinks I've developed OCD from this website. But boy am I glad I found it. Very informational and entertaining.....:rotfl:

Your husband will thank you profusely when you get down there and have such a great time. I remember the first time we stayed onsite with all the perks. My husband was absolutely amazed and turned into a universal junkie immediately.
