Hell's Kitchen is so good! I'm glad it's on

Been a busy day...DD called 911 and the police showed up at my door!!!! I told them to take her away if needed

ladies. What's the topic? cooking? I wish I had a chef for such things, but no such luck.

When we first got married, my culinary skills were quite limited. Luckily, I had other qualities dh found attractive. I learned quite a bit from his grandmother. However, she certainly has no fear of butter and lard and all those other things that make food taste delicious, but add lots of pounds to the waistline.


I think I'll call it a night a bit early tonight. Have a good one ladies. See ya around.

My husband put 911 on one of the speed dial buttons- right next to mom-mom's number. My girls called 911 a few times and they would call me back.They convinced my husband to remove their number from speed dial.

Nab - Yes, I was VERY shocked! What are the chances! This show is intense! I remember the Seinfeld episode I can't believe she actually thought it was totally alright to rinse the food and use it

Celery - She'll be 15 months old this week! I was bringing in groceries and she was playing with the cordless phone and somehow turned it on and of all things, dialed 911

Poly - That's the first thing my Mom asked...she thought we had the number programmed into the phone but we don't! She hit the darn sequence by accident That's funny about your DH...they actually asked to be removed from the speed dial

Marita - Yes, she's only a little over 1...15 months. The 911 service called back but I was bringing in groceries and didn't answer. I still wonder how she dialed and actually hit the off button on the phone for it to be ready to use again. I noticed our voicemail light blinking and when I listened to the message, it was the 911 service saying they were responding to a call from my number and someone would be over!!!! I about died!!! I checked the dialed call log on the phone and it was there...it looked like 911###11222 but I guess all it takes is for 911 to be the first 3 numbers and that's it! About 3 minutes later a policeman showed up at my front door...I was mortified

That happened to my brother once. His son who was 3 at the time called 911 and the police arrived at his front door... OOps

That poor guy on Age of Love didn't know he was going to date older woman. That was funny did you see his face when she said guess my age. And all the other women were in their 40's. He played that smart and said 36 and she was 48

I'm so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open!
It's still pretty much daylight. Love the long days, but still have issues with sleep despite the no caffeine. I am one wound up sister!

I'll just blame Twinkie.

SORRY for the quickie, but I have got to bathe 3 kids (bathe 1, supervise 2) before the toothpicks holding my eyelids open slam shut!!!!
