Ack!!! I missed another day and am not caught up. But I did sweep

Somehow I got suckered into doing 8 hours of work for the 5th grade graduation day long event tomorrow (I do have a 5th grader, but I helped raise the money for the event and thought it might fall to others to take care of the set up today). So I lost my LAST day before summer vacation starts tomorrow at 2:40...

And now I am off to get some sleep. See ya some time after 2:40 tomorrow

Morning all,

Suppose to be a hot one today. Going to be 28 C that means 84F to you.

I put sunscreen on the kids. I love the smell of it. Nicholas didn't want to put any on because he said some kids in his class doesn't like the smell. I told him to bad he is putting it on anyway to protect him.

Spongie I see you visited again late at night....UMA total me you were a vampire.

Haley--your summer starts early. At least you know you won't have to do anymore school events until next year now. There are going to be some excited kids at that school today, good luck.

Good Morning!

BIG BIG BIG news today in Draper Utah! A shooting? NO! An apartment fire trapping the elderly? NO! Gas $3.49 a gallon? NO!!!!!!


Ikea is having their Grand Opening in Draper Utah!!!!! People have been camping out for days! The first 100 people get a chair (a camp chair? A kids plastic chair? WHAT?????). BUT!!!! They have 99 cent macaroni and cheese so it'll be PACKED today!

Utahn's don't get out much, I guess. I'll wait till the Hoopla has died down more.

Jazz LOST! It just would be sweet if they would win the Championship and get the rings Karl Malone and John Stockton never got. But that's just the MEAN girl in me talkin'.

there is no way i am even stepping foot in that ikea store for quite some time .. they are doing major construction on that road also so it is insane as is .

I am trying to post some pics of the new house. Here are the deets:

4 bdrms upstairs
Living room, dining room, kitchen,den and "four season room" on main level
finished basement- just one big room- will be a play room
2 car garage, cul-de-sac location

Twinkie-- Now that is a back yard. I wish we had one like that. Love the sunroom on the back of the house. Now aren't you glad you didn't get the first one. Is that a side split?

UMA-- IKEA is so cool. If we do our basement that is what kind of furniture would have to go down there. Stuff in a box that you have to put together. No way a couch is going down our stairs.

I got the kids table and chairs there. I love them one is blue and one is red, table is yellow. I can even sit or even stand on them to reach something in the cupboard.

Where is Mommy P today. Hope she isn't sick.

Spongie -- If you go let UMA drive that would solve your driving problem with construction....
