Wow Moo that is quite the birthday present for your cousin. Is your birthday while you are in WDW?

House is coming on so I think I will go watch it. All these shows will be going into repeats soon.
Nope, our birthdays are both in July. My cousin is a couple weeks older than I am. Yep, it's very sporty. Well, at least I get to go for a ride in it on Thursday night. I'm anxious to see how big it is. It only seats two.

My car is a little more practical :)

Wow, nice car!
Moo, make DH feel guilty.
Tell Gail she is a lucky lady!
Gail KNOWS how lucky she is!!! I sent DH the photo she e-mailed me. No comment so far :rotfl: Not that I expect one . . . other than maybe, dream on!

Red would just attract cops, Marita :rolleyes1 But it would be sharp looking.

ACK! I just missed my 1900 WOOO HOOOOOTY!!!!!

Thanks, Marita!

Is it Friday yet?

Don'tI wish!!!!!! Have to park in East Egypt again tomorrow, and have a meeting scheduled till3:30 on Friday, instead of working from my couch!

The boss hired a woman I feel very ambilavent about for my assistant. She has, let's say, a STRONG personality, but is very technically savvy (which I am too). So I am not sure how that is going to work out. Also, he hired a second assistant, which I don't need, but it is really more to prepare for others leaving for promotions, etc, so we have a backup in the wings. But when there is no movement for a while, and they ask me, what should we work on, it gets bothersome. Shouldn't be an issue for a while yet though, with budgets coming up and general training.
Either my spacebar is not working right or it's my fingers. I tend to think it's my fingers right now.....

Is there another big wig or huge conference on-site again, Marita? Or is something else causing the parking banishment this time?!

Hope the assistants work out OK. It can be a pain to find things for other people to do "to help you out" . . . I NEVER have any problem finding work to do myself.

Bummer on the working at work Friday.

Lil Blue, I'm with you on that! I'm trying to look at 50 as a stepping stone toward retirement (which my cousin has already been able to do due to having an older DH who retired and thought she might as well be able to also). She has already worked full-time longer than I have, so I don't feel so bad about that one.

Moo,not sure, just another meeting with lots of individual cars. Royal pain!

Moo, it's not a matter of WORKING, it's a matter of working in the office or sitting in a meeting vs. working from the couch with feet up and and in comfy clothes. You should know by now I work on weekends too, but I'd rather be comfortable.

Night everyone who might still be awake, and a great day tomorrow to everyone!

Wakey Wakey Eggs and Bakey!!!

When does Uma come back?

I bet she would have got my joke about the solarium and Prickley Pete..... did no one watch Seinfield????

The classic episode where George makes up a house in the Hamptons to try to impress Susan's parents? after she is dead? His house boasts a solarium and another solarium and room for horses... including his favorite Prickley Pete.

No Blue DONT push. I tried that with my last one.
I toadily agree that 8 months is plenty of time to enjoy a pregnancy but trust me... without TMI.... you don't want to do that:scared:

My mother however swears that eating a whole cheesecake by yourself will trigger labor. No room for the kid and the cheesecake. :rolleyes1 I personally have not tried that trick.

I am doing a lot of childcare for my homeless friend and her sister. They are kind of overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done.... no flood insurance. At least her husband is handy and has been ripping out floors and drywall by himself.

I am thinking about taking 4 or 5 small children to wally world this morning all by myself. I really need groceries....

am I crazy? or superwoman?????

good morning all
its been a crazy few days around here
tonight is the Jericho finale and lost which is getting so good

I am 37 weeks, I think (see ticker below). I'm barely 5' and there is just no more room for Thumper. His legs are working their way to my throat.

Hmmm, 4-5 kids by yourself at Wally world? I'd need a stiff drink after that adventure . If you go, may the force be with you.

So you are! I am 5 ft 3 but very short waisted. Five years ago I had twins. Who didn't get the memo that mama was short so spent most of pregnancy with one head jammed into my bladder and the other head jammed into my esophagus..... and when one kicked it triggered the other.

Good times.

So I know what you mean about no more room in the inn.

I kind of like the feeling right after you have the baby when you feel your liver uncurl....

Twinkie - I watch it on occasion, but I don't retain too much useless information. ;) So, there really isn't a solarium?

I do it all the time, I'm sure you can handle it. I once took them all to the Doctors and lab with me. (including Ivy)

Well, I'm curious, what happens if you push too early?

LittleBlue - You know what they always say can induce labor don't you... ;)

Marita - sorry you have to go into the office on Friday! Who wouldn't rather work from home! If you get a chance swing by BB and call out my name. ;)

I have so much to do today. I need to get some of the house clean, catch up on laundry, school...Friday is usually my last minute chance to clean the house so I do. I hate having to do it earlier in the week.

Taco's went down okay, but I think I'll pass next time. The indigestion wasn't worth it. I never had indigestion this early in the pregnancy before. It's killer.

I had a bowl of life cereal this morning, so far so good. ;)

:scared1: Twins, oh my

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

when the OB did the ultrasound checking for fluid levels (I felt like a car being 10 pt. inspected) I said, you better not find twins in there.

Hi Barbie. How goes it?:goodvibes

Hi my little gestating friend.

Speaking of may the force be with you and naming your child, I have a brief story.

if some of you have heard it, please skip.

When I was pregnant with ds-6 (the youngest), we decided it would be fun to let our other kids help pick his middle name dd-7, ds-5, and ds-22 mos. (Ok, ds-22 wouldn't be much help, but we pretended like he could reasonably understand our conversation and help make an intelligent choice)

ANYWAY, after we tossed out Broccoli and Sparkle which were on the top of their list, they came up with Luke. My dh and I thought was a loverly Bible name, we have such angels.

SOOO, after baby is born we tell all the people in the room his name, and say proudly "His middle name is Luke. His siblings named him that after Luke in the Bible" Dh and I give each other a knowing look and smile at our little  All the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends say a collective "Awwww"

This is the moment dd decides to join the conversation and say "LUKE in the BIBLE?!?! We named him after LUKE SKYWALKER!!!"

ummm, errrrr, heh heh OK.

Hey all. I haven't really caught up, but I wanted to tell you what happened last night.
Tammy and I got in a fight.
She committed a MAJOR no no.
I'm hoping you all will understand my anger.
She said she wasn't feeling well and almost WISHED WE WEREN'T GOING TO DISNEY WORLD TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She apologized. We're ok.

Doesn't she know thems fighten words, Celery? ;)

Okay, I stripped my bed and am washing the sheets today, I febreezed the comforter(everything smells like smoke) and wiped down my furniture with orange glow. I even colored in all the dings and teeth marks. ;) AND I cleaned my bathroom, but I just sprayed the shower, I'll ask Chad to wipe it down when he showers later. ;)

Now I've moved onto the boys bathroom, again. I just had to clean it yesterday after the poopy incident.

Then I'll move onto folding whites and watching Tori and Dean: Inn Love.

I had to wash the darks load again, know why? Because SOMEONE(Ethan) didn't take their pull up out of their clothes before they threw them in the laundry. Do you know what a pull up does in the washer? It's not pretty. I actually gagged. lol
