Hi Moo! Happy Labor Day Weekend!

The photo is the most recent one of myself which was fit for public viewing. I'm the one in the red sweater (near Santa's right arm). The other ladies are my SIL and my cousins' wives.

Every year, I host a party for all the kids in my extended family. Santa visits and brings a small gift for each child. The kids get to sit on Santa's lap, take a picture w/him, and tell him what's on their list. Then we do crafts and play games and eat too much. It's lots of fun. The photo is from my '06 Santa Party.

Since we're sharing photos, do you have one to show the class, Moo?

1. Trying new foods IS illegal for me. I have very strange eating habits and I'm pretty picky.

I quoted more people, but it didn't show up, so HOWDY Y'ALL. After I got home from work, we rode the horses. It was picture perfect weather.

Then we went out to eat with a friend of ours, and went to see a comedian. I did lots of lol's. But the best part was we got some ice cream (not via horseback...we were in Loo-uh-vull) and sat outside and ate it and talked and laughed and had a really nice night.

My DD left at midnight in a tight as can be black dress. Where does one go at midnight in a poured on dress? I think I missed out on life, being married at 18!

Oh, to be young again. I never did much of that either. Your DD is probably going to a club with friends. My DD has done some pub crawls and dance nights with her friends this summer, but I'm guessing she is more the jeans with a cute top type. They have had a lot of social events for the second year grad students the last couple weeks.

Gotta stay up later! DS had a lil neighbor buddy spend the night last night so when DH got home I put him in charge and went on to bed.

BNCG....UK almost did to Eastern what Loo-uh-vull did to Murray. But we had a lil mercy. Don't want to embarass ourselves or anybody else. But at least it wasn't on NATIONAL TV!

Had a great day at the in-laws. They brought out the family album that I never saw before because it came from his grandmothers. I never laughed so hard. Hubby was a cute baby.

Today's agenda...church of course.

Then off to the mall with probably a million other people. Everything is closed tomorrow for the holiday. Hannah wants to make sure she has everything for school on Tuesday....I am pretty sure she needs nothing but she will wrap her dad around her little finger and come home with something...

Another nice day out there ....go out and enjoy it.

I am so glad you defended me in that. The rest of these people are just deranged. As scary as it is, I guess I kind of know her now anyway.

I think I'm going to go to the park and go running and then hang out at the pool for the afternoon. Tonight my friends and I are going down to the river to see the fireworks. It'll be crazy crowded and full of drunk people but really, what public gathering isn't? Oh, wait. It's just gatherings of my family that are crowded and full of drunk people!

What have you been doing Marita....get some shoes, any shoes.....

Well we did go shopping. Nicholas now has a winter coat. We got it at Sam's club. Great place to go for lunch. They had lots of samples out, even a drink...

Then we went to the mall and went to the pet shop there. Now all my kids want is a kitten. Actually Nicholas wants a dog, a lab to be exact. All started with ninteno dogs for his DS. Then we saw this really cute kitten that was up for adoption but he was been held because he had to do the vet thing.

We are not home enough for pets I tell these people.

Celery -- is it that close. Wow. I should start packing too!!

Moo -- I did see some of those picture and more. Love looking at pictures,especially old one. I saw picture and hard some stories he never even heard of. That is what made it funny.

Best part of the day is I didn't have to cook!!! We went to Swiss Chalet for dinner and ate at the food court for lunch.

1. Yes, but they don't have mailtrucks. Just regular vee-hick-uls.

2. She bucked dd off!!!! Little brat (the horse, not the dd) So, then I rode her and she was acting all wIerd and goofy. Kept running in circles, and trying to rare up on me. She didn't buck me off, even though she tried. We unsaddled her, and looked to see if something was bothering her, b/c horses can freak out if they're not saddled right etc. Anyway, nothing. Dh finally rode her for a bit, but he said she was acting freaky. Dd is all bruised and swollen.

Then I rode Gab for a bit, but he's not a real smooth ride.. It felt like I was riding a pogo stick half the time. He's bouncy, like T-I-doubleG-ER.

THEN, I rode Peppy. Going from Gab to Peppy is like going from a Fiat to a Cadillac. It was smooooooooth sailing.

Guess I will worry about it tomorrow........
