I am just so happy to have a long weekend. I had a meeting that ran all afternoon, but it went well and we went out for an early lunch and had Mexican food before we started working. Chicken nachos with guac. Yum!
PJ, I'm surprised you've never eaten mushrooms before!!! Well, I suppose I should be able to believe it though. My hubby probably didn't eat mushrooms until after he met me in college. Now he eats them on pizza all the time.
Biscuits with gravy aren't all that common in my neck of the woods, Lex, but the ones you posted looked yummy. They do have 'em at Bob Evans restaurants here. I tried some in NC last year and was less than impressed. Must have been a bad biscuit day.
