Yes Celery we have Monday off to for Labour Day.

Then the kids go back to school on the Tuesday.

The shoes are airwalk court shoes. It is really hard to find shoes under $30.00 for his size. Plus he told me they have to be "in" shoes. I threatened him with velco shoes.... He said since we saved on the shoes can he buy different shoe laces at the skateboard store. These shoes came with two pair, a white pair and a black pair. The laces he was looking at cost $5.00. He will be using his allowance I think for them.

MommyP: Yikes. Our house was broken into one time. Pretty much wiped us out on things like tv's, video game consoles, dvd players, movies, etc. It certainly makes you feel violated, doesn't it?

I have to go to class now and discuss all the children I've been teaching. I had to meet with the school psychologist today to hear about some of the unique situations and special needs the kids have. Talk about depressing. Some of these 6 and 7 year olds have seen and experienced some pretty nasty stuff.

Hi. I have been laying on the couch. Feeling Out of nowhere I have been having tons of contractions too. Maybe it is contaigous.

I think it is because I was outside all yesterday afternoon. It wasn't too hot but it was windy and I didn't drink any water because some brilliant mind had locked the restrooms.

These actually hurt. No fun. And I feel icky in general.

I am trying to drink water but the goldenchild keeps stealing my cup and drinking it all. Did I mention I am puppy, um, er, potty training him? He is well hydrated however only one accident today. In my weak condition I am no match for his ninja skills.

And I have accomplished NOTHING today. That makes me feel

I was around earlier and had a lovely reply all typed up when my wireless went kaput. I need to call my provider but that is on my to do list so needless to say it didn't get done.

I think I said to Poly.

I don't remember what else.

Moo-Popsicle brand popsicles (yellow box) makes cherry cola flavor. The box says "exploding candy tip of flavor" or some such non-sense. I would Never buy such a thing. Goog thing the DH did. The tip is cherry and the popsicle is cola. They even have jokes.

There goes another one. Should I start timing these things?

Yes, the teaching is 5 days a week. I get half a personal day per week to keep me sane. So that's either one morning or afternoon. I've been contemplating it. I think I'll take Friday afternoons off. Then I have a 3 day weekend of sorts.

Class is every night but Tuesday and Friday. You're not supposed to be taking classes while you're student teaching but I got behind d/t switching majors (twice) and taking a semester off for undisclosed reasons. So, basically I wanted to graduate on time and I'm going to be killing myself in the process of accomplishing that. Really who needs to sleep though?

Twinkie - I hope they have stopped. Make sure you call your DR if you are having more than 6 an hour and they continue after you've rested and drank lots!!!

Mine hurt last night too. I've been having them for weeks now. Maybe one a day. Sometimes more. But never one after another like last night. Not in all my pregnancys have I had that happen this early. If it happens again I will probably call my midwife and go in just to be sure. Since this is the first baby since I had my LEEP last year and sometimes that can cause complications.

We've had rain now 3 days in a row! Unfortunately it's not coming early enough in the day to help with the heat in the afternoon. It's coming around 6.

We need prayers! I just e-mailed the lease company today about renewing our lease on a month to month basis. They already sent a letter for a year renewal. But we can't renew for a year because the house should be done by April-May at the latest. So if the owner won't do it month to month we're homeless. Again.

Knitfreak, online dateing assistant gave us an update on her weekend today.
She had third date with 1 guy on Friday, where he kissed her, (quote, like a suction cup attached to her face), and she sent him an email kicking him to the curb later. No chemistry in the kiss.

And she got an email last night from another one who found her profile "Intruiging"

Now for the bad news, I was very leary about her joining my team originally, she is rather, I don't know, assertive? I was afraid of personality clashes. But I love her now. But she has an interview on Friday, and I have no doubt she will get the job if she wants it. It's a lateral move, with maybe someday it will be a promotion....

I just posted an update on the rest of her weekend but then I decided that I didn't want to be banned for life, so if you want it, pm me. It's really not very graphic, but I figured better safe than sorry.

So stay tuned to as the needle knits ....

No, we get the car ready for the trip. But I'm trading cars with my sis for the week, so I'm getting it ready for her. I did buy two pairs of shorts a few weeks ago, but for the most part I only shop at the finest arenas and theme parks our country has to offer.

Moo -- I made one of the those cakes, my was with Barbie. I almost set the hair on fire lighting a candle for Hannah's birthday.....

I never made one of those type of cakes for my DD, but I remember having one with a doll (not a Barbie, although they did have them way back when when I was little, LOL!) in it.

The one where they visit a Renaissance Faire that just aired last night. And I have read that PrincessAurora plays Queen Elizabeth I at a faire(s) in California. Spongie and others, check it out, and tell me what you think!!! One of the blondes dresses up as Princess Aurora, so it is worth checking out just for that (IF you watch such trashy shows like me)

I miss Publix from my brief time in Orlando. We don't have them in Ohio. It's nearly impossible to find unsweetened tea at the grocery here. Which is why I loved Publix.

We took the kids to a Louisville Bats game tonight. I'll send him home stat. I've given specific instructions on how to start an IV. I'm sure he'll do fine.
