Yep, had dinner at the Plaza with Marita and Cel and her sis and got Marita on It's a Small World (I skipped that), Haunted Mansion, and POTC. Just watched Hallowishes a bit ago. It was great!

My sis and friend are shopping at the Emporium and I'm holding our parade spot on the hub so we can see the Villains show again and the late parade. We're not too into the treat trails tonight. Home tomorrow :( But I'm looking forward to seeing my hubby and the pups.

Moo, it was great being out in the park again, but boy am I happy to be home! After leaving you all, it took me 20 minutes on the monorail to the Poly, and by then it was dark, so I had a horrible trip back home, but I made it in one piece, LOL.

Just mentioned to DH about not being able to see very well long distance and said I finally called eye dr this week and he no longer takes Disney insurance. He said, oh really, who did you call? So I told him, and he says "Oh god no, he hasnt been our dr in at least 5 years" Turns out my contact list was way outdated. No wonder they couldn't find any record of me  So next week I'll call the right number.

awww - I want to be there!!

Thanks for the Live REPORT!

goog luck Marita - glad you are heading to the doctor! :thumbsup2

Just got on Magical Depress (boo hoo). It was over a half hour late. Epcot was hotter than helk today, so I was a party pooper and didn't make arrangements to meet Cel and her sis. Just got my cheese soup and a couple frozen beverages, took a little rest at the American Adventure, and did some shopping.

Marita - Sorry you had a harrowing trip home, but it sure was great to see you!

:woohoo:

Hot Moo? Its Freezing (almost - 10 more degrees!!) here!!

Just got done talking with mom. How painful that was, she can barely hear me, and I was screaming into the phone. But she has an ear doctor appt. this week, so that's good. She said she is doing well and has lots of company, so yay, but she did complain about them not turning the heat on yet.

Just started pouring rain here. Hope Cel and Allie are staying dry. I was planning on going to the grocery store, but glad I waited out the storm, don't want to be driving in this.

Oh, found out today that the "Fiddler on the Roof" show we are going to Tuesday actually features Topol, the guy who played in the movie, WOOHOO! The paper said he was playing him since he was 31 and now he is 74.

Annoying DD did not want to go out for dinner before the show, so I think I'll pick up some broccoli cheese soup from Panera. Did I say that already??? Oh well.........

we're back from AK. there were several showers today - a few very strong, but we missed them all.
We rode exped. everest, primeval whirl, nemo, lion king, safari, both walking trails and it's tought to be a bug.
we also ate at tusker house.
it's like boma light.
I don't think we'll go to ak later this week. we'll see.

tonight is bingo at the pool! woo! then trivia and then a movie.
I doubt we'll stay up for the movie - it doesn't start until 9 - alli needs more sleep.
but it's bolt and she hasn't seen it.

Hey, count yourself lucky you get to see a movie. Only at 2 resorts (Music and YB). Sounds exhausting just listing to your tour today, lOL.

I might be in for a nap, or dinner, or making banana nut bread, or some combination thereof.
Official chores are done: vacuuming, laundry. Windows need cleaning, but hey, they aren't going anywhere, right?

Celery - Where are you staying?

Chad's working out of town(north of Orlando) until Wednesday. Stupid job. I never sleep when I'm here alone. If I didn't have kids I've be sleeping with my shot gun loaded and in my bed. lol. For now it's on the tippy top shelf of the closet, hopefully if I have any invaders I can climb like spiderman to get it down in time.

Relaxing day at home for me. My good news is that I finally broke the 100 lb mark during vacation.

WOO HOOOOO!!!!!

It was good to see the pups, but I think they're still a little ticked that we disappeared. I'm trying to catch up on watching recorded shows and my laundry now.

Cel - Sorry to hear about the rainy weather. I can't believe the weather was so nice last week. Hope the rest of the week is beautiful!

Moo, yay for breaking the magical 100 mark :cool1:

I attempted to make banana nut bread tonight but set the temp at 425 (for cupcakes) instead of 375 for nut bread. I figured that out when I smelled something half way through. Turned the temp down, and finished baking time, now waiting to see if it's edible.

ETA: babana bread crumbs anyone? Yummy, but defitely not in the shape of bread. Grab a fork or spoon!

Hahaha, thanks Marita! I'm sure it was that 1/2 sundae that must have done the trick!!!

Back to reality (work) tomorrow. Wahhhhh!!!

Moo, your cow is so close to the barn, woohoo!

dang work!

I just had an idea. Cutting fabric in a fabric store might be fun. And stocking ribbons and such.

mommyp - all star music. I really like it! I didn't think I could like it better than Pop, but I love it!
The broadway section is pretty. I get to walk through a rose garden every day!
the pool activities are a lot of fun.
all in all, it's a great place.
Now time to take a shower!
I won't be on again until tomorrow night. My 24 hours is up!
darn 9.95!

Today is hollywood studios then raglan road.
I might do a few facebook updates.

moo - Congrats on the weight loss!!!!!

Moo-:woohoo: on making the 100 mark! It must feel so good and being away on vacation at that. I usually dread getting on the scale after any holiday.

Marita-- bread bread sounds good, haven't made any in awhile. Glad you got to meet the girls and go on some rides. Any pictures?

Celery-- sounds like your are having fun , even with the bad weather. Hopefully it will be nice the rest of the week.

It is pouring buckets here right now and very windy. Not calling for a nice week at all.

Niagara Falls was great. It is so pretty at night with all the lights. I told Hubby it is very cheesy looking in the day time with the wax museums and other stuff, looks more real at night. Kids had a blast. It was a fun family weekend. Rained when we were leaving and had everything done we wanted to do so that was good.

We've stayed at ASMu 2 times before. It was the first place we ever stayed on our first family Disney vacation. So it holds a special place because of that. BUT, we like Pop best because it has a MUCH better food selection. ;o) Pop is always our first choice(Chad and I are staying there for 2 nights in Oct., but last year we had to stay at ASMu) Last year when we stayed at ASMu we were in the County Fair section, back of the last building facing a cess pool, so that was interesting. lol. That building is all sorts of shades of poo. :o)

Congrats on hitting the 100 lb mark WHILE on vacation Moo!!!! We need more pix!

Ok folks- talk me down.....

would you take a 6 wk old infant to WDW?
during spring break?

That new deal is calling my name. Plus it will be a big birthday for me.

Congrats and welcome home Cheryl!:cheer2:

Anyone willing to help a struggling Math Student solve a problem? ahem Twinks?

Rationalize the denominator:

5
_______________________
2-3(insert square root of 11)

I know you have to multiply both sides by 2+3 (insert the square root of 11)

But I don't understand how you multiply 2+3 and 2-3 with a square root of 11, there were no examples in our practice problems nor in the video lessons.

Can you subtract 2-3 first and then that gives you negative square root of 11? My gut says no.

This is frustrating, cause the professor will answer questions about the practice problems only and I can't find one that relates.

I'm all over a good deal Twinks, I say go for it. Mal was 10 months and we drove 24 hours to WDW. Baby's sleep all day at that age. All you have to worry about is the feedings.

Twinks, NO 6 week old baby belongs at DW. Keep it home! You'll be tired, the baby is susceptible to infections, contant feeding and diaper, the other kids screaming to ride rides. Plus SPRING BREAK???? DON'T DOT IT!!!!

March is really not warm enough for the beach yet either, sorry.

Nab, sounds like you had a great weekend!

I'm bored tonight. Trying to think of something fun to work on, but I'm not coming up with anything :confused3

Oh, almost forgot, Disney launched a new blog today: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/
