.. I did laugh my head off at her......she is a great entertainer......she throws her toys from the baby walker and I pick it up and she throws it again and laughs her head off.......great fun..
she took a good nap too.....so I am happy so far.

Marita-- thanks a beautiful spring cake and dinner too.

Cel's ma -- I sure could use that 70's weather.

Pumba-- I always said my kids were great entertainment for us. The things they did and then said , priceless.

Now I have to wait for the President to stop talking so I can see my show tonight. Biggest Loser.

B-- I love the coat , just what I need for Spring. :lmao: And an invisible man too. Thanks.

See Twinkee. I told you she would like it. Thank you Nab.

HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT DAY NAB!!!!!

Sorry I wasn't here. I was in Indianapolis all day with the kids. And now I need to put their grouchy butts in bed, so I dont have time to shop. Forgive me please. :flower3: I think you are a wonderfully nice person and wish you the best.

Good evening to all!

Moo, I have to say that it sounds like you're recuperating amazingly well! Brava! :cheer2:

Where is Peej? I can't wait to hear all about her day.

MamaCel, I could use some 70 degree weather too, if you don't mind. Please and thank you! :flower3:

Okay, birthday shopping is now done. Here are your gifts, NAB!

Lynette -- the birthday plans sound great. :thumbsup2 Don't you have a First Holy Communion this spring too.

Yes, Natasha will receive First Holy Communion on May 2. Most of the prep for that is already done, thankfully!

Thanks, Lynette - I was doing pretty well until tonight. Had a little meltdown, so I went over to my sister's for a while tonight for some TLC, which I have not been getting from my D(does not stand for Dear today!)H.

Some friends from work are stopping by tomorrow night, so I'm looking forward to that!

I'm also looking forward to the Peej Report.

 Moo glad you have someone to go to for a real hug.

Did you watch Ellen for P.J.

Lynette -- thanks for the great gifts.

I feel very blessed to have great friends here :grouphug: Thanks for making my day great!!

Moo, we told you to take it easy! Sorry about the meltdown

Just take it easy tomorrow, OK?

Nothing of interest to report here today. I think we settled on playing Fantasia Gardens Friday for the team outing. TBD if the company pays for lunch or not, so no lunch plans as of yet.

Not to worry, Marita, I didn't overdo! Hubby was just being kind of insensitive tonight.

Nabbie - I watched Ellen today, except for the MC Hammer part. I was pretty impressed by the new American Idol judge. And they had a couple of interesting contests. One of which involved ice cream.

hello everyone.

Good morning Moo .....hope you are doing better this morning.....each day DH will be a little better.....hahaha.....

I broke my dang toe this morning....the baby arrived a few minutes off my schedule time and I rushed from the kitchen to the living room and Megara tried to beat me.......she made my baby toe crack.......this is not something that I have NOT gone thru a zillion times......broke this toe quite a few times in the old days....when I never wore shoes in the house.....the other foot I did a few times too.....one time I broke the last three.....cause it went into a door frame hard.....that one was another visit to the ER....those sure did hurt.....I will tape the little sucker to the next door toe and then put on my crocs...geesh.

baby is sitting here watching Sesame street.....she is in her walker for her fifteen minutes.....I alternate times with Me holding and playing .......time on the floor playing and then in the playpen....with more toys.....she is a good baby and entertains me ...

see ya later gators

OUCH, Pumba!!! Sounds like you need to take it easy today too! Have fun with baby Ava.

I'm being a total slug this morning.

ouch indeed!

slug-a-bug is a goog thing Moo

sounds like everyday brings changes Marita or uncertainty...

The new board features are interesting - I can no longer find the tag lines in other threads! and whaz up with aspargus and lasagne threads? arent they just thinly veiled political comments? :confused3 At least there isnt any in fighting - esp the day after the Prez talked...

BL - I really dislike Ron, not sure why, but its his smugness, I want to slap him - wth is he kidding? They knew darn well Aubrey would fail at home - it had nothing to do with that! Maybe they are hoping they are fooling the viewing audience? I was surprised they (Tara, Lara, or even Jillian) didnt call it bullying - it was definately a "gang" mentality - Bless her for winning, and Bless BL for giving her immunity!! What a fighter!! At first when they were piling on the weight for Helen I thought it was because she was the only one to eat the cookie - but nope - they put it on the 2 women they dont like.. boo hoo... women should'a smartened up and start voting off the boys!

I second that Pumba...Ouch! I have hit a few door frames with my feet it hurts.

I should be cleaning up in the basement but not doing much either. Had to run out and do an errand. Now I really don't want to go down there....

Tomorrow I get to go to the Science Center with the grade 3 class. Not sure why they are going again since we went last year.:confused3 .

Moo-- good to hear your a slug this morning. Did you say you are going to work from home on Friday? Enjoy the next two days off!

I like how you put that. I know all about that all too well.

Sorry about the little piggy, did it wee wee wee all the way home?

{Hugs} Moo!

:rotfl2:

Tecumseh Michigan??? :confused3 Ok my Michigan friends, what can you tell me about it? IT looks close to Ann Arbor - that's where the mission trip is stationed - and one day that week we have to take the Youth to be "entertained" :rotfl: The list of possible choices... :rotfl: 1. Cabellas, 2. Frankenmuth MI 3. Cedar Point :rotfl2: Cedar POINT??? :rotfl2: There is no way I'm driving that far south to have to turn around and come back and work!! (paint a house, build a deck...)

I tried to tell them Cabellas can be just like Disneyworld -just ask my friend Utahmama!! :rotfl2:

Today is Lent Wednesday. SHould we or shouldnt we go to soup supper?

Thanks for the hugs, Mony!

Nabbie - Yep, I plan to work from home on Friday. I've already been trying to keep up with my e-mail.

Sandy - I don't think I've ever been to Tecumseh. Cabella's is definitely easily drivable. I'm pretty sure that AA has a science museum. It it were just adults, I'd definitely recommend a trip to Zingerman's, but that would be a pricey place to take kids for a meal.

Frankenmuth would be a bit of a drive, but it really is a fun place to visit!

Besides being WAY too far, I don't think Cedar Point's even open yet.

Sandy: When is the retreat scheduled? There's lots to do, but most things are seasonal. Things start in May, there's a railroad, a fun center (Irish Hills about 8 miles away), skydiving (lol) and a lot of winerys (double lol).

If I new when, I could find you more ideas. Cedar Point is 1. closed and 2. far away.

The city of Dundee has a Holiday Inn with an indoor water park.

I survived. And I passed with flying colors. :cheer2: I will get my official teaching certificate now!!! As soon as I mail a check in for $50 of course. When I passed I just started crying. And now I'm crying again thinking about it. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was five or six years old. I can't believe I'm actually doing it. Laugh at me, but it really is my dream come true.

Moo, I had a meltdown yesterday, too. I just broke out in tears, ran out of the room, went into the next room over and said "someone watch my kids!" It was just all the stress of this internship combined with a couple other things. I didn't even know who was watching my kids or if anyone had even made it into my room. I just went to my friend's room, she had her assistant take her kids outside, and I just sat there and cried!! I don't really know where it came from...sometimes ya just gotta cry!!! Hope today was better for you, enjoy your time with your friends tonight.

Now then. I hope everyone is doing well. I am going to do some pACKing, go to the gym, and try to get my plans ready for the week we get back from break so I don't have to do that in California. Don't miss me too much, I'll be back later.
