Liz: "It's you Christian. Not some other guy, but YOU. You are pompous, ridiculous, and an *bleep*, but you have got my back like nobody else. And I get you. I really get you. You're my best friend"

Christian: "I trust you like I trust no other woman. I love you Lizzie"

Isn't that what he needs? Just a woman to love him as he is? Flaws and all? But she's STILL gay. Even though, *bow chicka wow wow* with Christian.

:rotfl2:

Celery? Can you shed any light on the matter?

Are they still gonna *bow chicka wow wow* or just have touchless love?

I think the best way to describe it is this:
Not every man gets your motor running, right?
Not that they're ugly, just that they don't do it for you.
Same way if you like the same sex - lesbians don't like every woman that comes down the track - there's just something about some of them.
and every once in awhile, since attraction for women is about more than the way someone looks, it's possible to feel a connection that goes beyond your "norm."

This is not the same for guys.
Almost any woman gets their motor running.
or any man if they're of the other persusasion.
cuz men are pigs.
unless they're bi.
then they're two headed swine.

ha!

B-- too funny again. But shouldn't you have brought a baggie of wheat thins to snack on ( counted out of course). :rotfl:

P.J--I sure hope Cookie is ok.

Mommy P-- I too hope you get enough milk for the boys. We go though a ton of milk in a week with just the 4 of us. Good Luck.

We got a lots of snow yesterday and it is snowing off and on again today. I told Nicholas I had enough of this snow and he tell me it is good for global warming though. The kids love the snow, forts, sledding, snow ball fights....

Good afternoon, Moovers! Back to school and work for everyone at my house today (except DH). Since last night got pretty cold, it refroze all the melty slushy ice/snow/rain that was all over everything. That made for an interesting walk to the car this morning. :scared:

Lynt - You have a street in your town actually called Main Street? How very cool.

Yup. Parts of it are lovely, like the part which runs alongside a lake, and the parts that abut town conservation land. Picturesque, with lots of big old trees and quaint old New England houses. Other parts are ...uh, less so.

I need a dvr!

hope your hubby gets better soon.

You MUST get a DVR, stat! How can we discuss the goings on of McNamara/Troy if you aren't up on the latest episodes? Do it now! Oh, and thanks for the good wishes for the DH.

L..OUCH! Sorry to hear about DH's ankle! Hope he gets better and out of your kitchen right quick! Hope you enjoyed the snow day yesterday. Back at school today?

Celery
...he doesn't run away because he doesn't go anywhere! He's the laziest little thing.
p.s. I got ahold of the janitor who was going in to check the building today. She is going to check on Cookie. Provided that he's still alive she's going to feed him for me. Our building is still without power. Brrrrr!!!! So, I guess this means the bbn doesn't get to be Cookie's knight in shining armor and sweep him off his feet (paws?). It's too bad, really.

Thanks, Peej. I've been at work since 10 this morning, and he's called me 4 times. His odds for surviving the next two weeks aren't looking that good. :rotfl:

pssst. pm bdg's "cel" phone number to pj, lynt, and I. We PROMISE not to bombard him with inane texts.

::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

I have a meeting tonight at church about Natasha's First Holy Communion. It's coming up fast. Gotta look for a dress, and a veil and shoes. We haven't decided whether we'll have the party at the house or at a hall. Better make that decision soon too, I guess.

Okay, stream of consciousness ovah....gotta get back to work. Cya later!

OK I know - some of you may faint...

but I completed my trip report!!

the 2008 Half Marathon Day - with some pics -

See, my siggy should have it...

I only have 10 min left on the library computer...

I know i"m a dork, but if some of you wouldnt mind posting on that thread, I'll feel like less of a loser!!

:goodvibes

Testosterone poisoning....that's what their problem is. They can't help it, poor dears.
This is 100% scientifically true. In utero, boy babies are literaly washed in testosterone and it forever changes their brain structure. It also explains alot about their future behavior. However, despite having to chisel off scrambled eggs from my stove and wash up pans left with bacon drippings for a dinner that no one even thought to save any for me, I still say "vive la difference" or I would if I spoke any French. ;)

My latest eharmony match is "CEO of an Archiological Firm."

Reaaaaally?
Do you dig up dictionaries?
:lmao:

I would want to meet this one just to find out what story he has concocted to impress chicks.

1.I can officially wake up. Rather than have my sleep informally interupted by that incessant racket coming from the bed next to mine. 2. I notice Celery is still sleeping so I silently begin my morning routine of 100 pushups and 300 situps and hop in the shower. 4. I cannot wake her up and times a wastin. 5. Before I arrive I strategically grabbed a fast pass for Buzz Light Year for later use when the unwashed masses arrive at the park. 6. I grab another piece of fruit from the next vendor I see and notice that the park is NOW really crowded. As in lots and lots of people. I buy some gifts at the gift shop for the needy children of my parish and wonder what could be keeping Celery. .7. The bikini's were awesome as the Sweedish Swimsuit Team happened to be staying at the complex. 8. Here I am.

9. Here is Celery.
1. When do you unofficially wake up? Nevermind. I am not sure I want to know.
2. Just one hop in the shower? I think lunges or jumping rope would be a better addition to your morning workout.
3. Hey look. There was no 3. I wish I had gone to math camp then maybe I wouldn't make these embarassing errors.
4. Are you singing June's part or Johnny's here?
5. Speaking of the unwashed masses, I don't think one hop inside a shower stall qualifies you not to be considered one of them.
6. Thanks for the clarification. And for helping out the needy children with some Tinkerbell stationary:thumbsup2
7. Where is that zipped lip smilie?
8. Great duds there B.
9. Very nice Celery!!! Looks like you are having a wonderful time on this very real trip report.

I dvr'd and watched. and OH MY. I wont give anything away, but I did want to say that the scene between Liz and Christian was touching.

[I quoted more people. Stupid computer! Does that count as a shout out? "more people"?
1. I haven't watched yet. And I am not certain if the Man of the House dvr'd it... hmm
2. Yes. That does count as a shout out. And thank you for thinking of me!

B-- too funny again. But shouldn't you have brought a baggie of wheat thins to snack on ( counted out of course). :rotfl:

Didn't you *just* have a First Communion for Boris last year? This seems a bit attention needy if you ask me. I am pretty sure you are not supposed to have big parties for your kids every year.;)

Not everyone is a twinkie math genius and has two at once to cut down on parties!

I had a dream last week that I had an ultrasound and told the tech we didn't want to find out what the baby was. But then the baby spread eagle. lol. It was most definetely a girl, and then the tech started moving around and there was another baby! What a cool dream! I would be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy if there was 2 babies, even if they were both boys. :)

1. Oh, sure "vive la difference". Or, as DH puts it, "If that's all you've got to worry about, you've got nothing to worry about." Yeah, that one goes over REALLY well.

2. Doesn't F/X replay the newest episode over the weekend?

3. Why, yes. Yes I did. But we are a family who enjoys inviting all the relatives over often for a game of "let's spill food in the living room". We like to follow up these shindigs with a rousing round of Refrigerator Jenga. Any excuse for a party, we say! Y'all come!

Yikes! :faint:

350, 000 kentuckiana homes still without power. ours went out last night, but is now back on and i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
bbn - Some power company workers from Michigan were dispatched to help out with the repairs. Hope they get things cleaned up so your power stays on.

B - Nice V&A outfits! ;) I happened to catch the pics earlier today. So is the TR over??! Or is it just that Day 2 is done :confused3

Cel(l) - "CEO of an Archiological Firm"? I think I'd pass on that one too

Peej - Hope Cookie gets some food in time!!! Hope hamsters aren't super sensitive to the cold.

Sandy - Yay for finishing your TR!

MommyP - SIX littles at once? Oy!

L - I'd be having Natasha's party elsewhere if it were me, but you seem to handle large parties pretty well.

Marita - Where are you? Still working tonight??!

Marita...did you make it to work a little early? Hope everything gets done in time!

A very little early, like 30 minutes, not like the hours I hoped. I was 30 minutes late with my deadline (I hate that, but they were OK). THis was the wrong month to let Asst#2 do it on her own. VERY WRONG! I think it took 5 years off my life.

.

S C R E A M!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember on Seinfeld, when somebody screamed and then Kramer echoed back the scream. Just trying to stand with you in an act of solidarity there Marita.

Thank you, EliSabeth!

Marita - Where are you? Still working tonight??!

Nope, responding to todays posts and I was cleaning up the mess DH left yesterday. You can count on me having a short workday tomorrow!

BDG, I love that took Cel to V&A, how generous of you! And you look smashing in your duds. Did you plan on proposing? You know, the rose and all that.

Oh, I forgot to quote Twinkies post about hopping in the shower. I pictured B hopping up and down in the stall. It had me lolliing.

Mommy P-- at least you didn't say 8 like that woman in California. I always thought twins would be cool too. I was even on pretty heavy duty fertility drugs and only got one each time.

Lynette-- How fun another Communion party. This time it is a girl you will have a great time picking out dresses. That is if her tastes are the same as yours. Forgot to say hope your Hubby makes a fast recovery.

Moo-- are you out of the snow yet. We got more today with snow expected for the whole weekend.

But the kids are off tomorrow for a P.A day. Nicholas was told today that all the teachers from our area will be in our school tomorrow. He thought that was cool. I told him he could go to school then and have his pick. :lmao:

Tomorrow better be a posting frenzy day. I am feeling a mental health day coming on.

Thanks Nab!

Dh, who rarely drinks, stocked the fridge with 12 beers for Superbowl Sunday. And nobody is coming over.

At least he scheduled Monday off. Superbowl watching and 2 am waking up dont mix.

Whew, what a day, Marita! Better make sure you're stocked up for the Super Bowl too ;)

Today was a bit frustrating for me at work. Nothing like you dealt with, I'm sure though.

You should take Cel up on her plan for you to spend some time in the parks! Seems like March would be a nice time for that. Rent a :moped: so you won't get so tired!!!

Nabbie - We had a light sprinkling of the white stuff so far today, but I haven't looked outside tonight. I am SO ready for tomorrow to be Friday.

I'm always stocked!

I may if I have time. Im askeered of scooters and running people over. And if I did, it would be a lot of park hopping to see the updates I havent seen.

Lets see, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, TSM, Everest, Spaceship Earth, the Nemo show at AK. All I can think of at the moment. And of course I have never seen Wishes or Fantasmic or the Epcot show (it escapes me at the moment). ( I have seen videos), but that wont happen unless I stay on property. I hate driving at night anymore.

Maybe I could do a couple of days.....

Sorry you had a bad day too!

I can't believe you are actually taking the time to write a fake TR. LOL!

Very good point. I have thought more about this. What a TOTAL waste of time.

I will finish it now.

Day 3:

They had a great time for the rest of their trip. Then they went home.

The End

Allie - What did your son do to get all those blisters? Ouch. (Sorry if I skimmed over that.)

No, you didn't skim. I posted the whole story over on the WISH board (for advice), but just didn't have time for over here. Sorry! He got them from basketball. I've gotten lots of tips and they are much better today. Although, he has another game tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.

stoicism seems to go hand in hand with that testosterone hormone.

No, too lazy to tell his mama! :rotfl2:

I'll have to go read once I have more time. Oh, and I saw that you are a BUZZIE now!! Welcome aboard!

I need to get to work early today because my boss is in B'ham because her dad is having surgery, but I have spent my time here instead of getting ready 'cause I'm kinda fond of you guys! :grouphug:

Say it ain't so Joe, say it aint so.

I'm not a professional, but even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.

Are they still gonna *bow chicka wow wow* or just have touchless love?

I think they are going to have the best kind of love, touching love. heh

anyway, it's just a WEE bit confusing b/c she says she loves Christian, he revs her engine, the bow chicka'ing is good and the wow wow'ing is great ifyouknowwhatimean. they are best friends, but she is STILL gay. Wouldnt that at least make her bi?

oh well, it's just a t.v. show. Good thing nobody is this confused in real life.;)

B-- too funny again. But shouldn't you have brought a baggie of wheat thins to snack on ( counted out of course). :rotfl:

Doesnt that border on cannibalism? lol

1. ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

2. Okay, stream of consciousness ovah!

1. :rolleyes1

2. Am I rubbing off on you or what?

OK I know - some of you may faint...

but I completed my trip report!!

Yay, a completed TR. Better late than never.

1. I haven't watched yet. And I am not certain if the Man of the House dvr'd it... hmm
2. Yes. That does count as a shout out. And thank you for thinking of me!

1. WHAT?!?!?!

2. yw :flower3:

bbn - Some power company workers from Michigan were dispatched to help out with the repairs. Hope they get things cleaned up so your power stays on.

We need all the help we can get. Thanks y'all!

Thank you, EliSabeth!

What's a cyber pal for if not for a cyber scream?

In other news, we have yet another snow day. The little bbn babies brought me breakfast in bed. Cocoa Pebbles cereal (yes, a sugar filled cereal. Guess I just lost that mom of the year award), a chocolate chip granola bar, a brownie, and a 32 oz glass of milk. It does a body good?

babycow - that breakfast sounds perfect! except they forgot the diet coke!
:rotfl:

a lot of people don't like to be considered bi cuz the stereotype is that you're indecisive, confused, want your cake and eat it too, etc.
Not that I'd know about that.
:upsidedow

marita - maybe we could go to Victoria and albert's and split a meal!
do they allow that?
I was just thinking since it's a set menu, it's not like you could just order an appetizer.
and neither of us eat a lot.

I'm glad you condensed the last day, B. What happens at disney world stays at disney world.

we like you too, alli!

hugs and hellos to everyone else!
